I was treated with courtesy and professionalism and TJ made me feel like a worthy customer. I purchased the new vehicle at a reasonable price although if I haggled more I am sure I could have got a little more off. There was a small glitch with the horn chirp when locking the vehicle and this will be fixed within the next few days under warranty. TJ was very helpful and even put a nice bow on the hood when we picked up the car. More

Peter responded to my queries most expeditiously (phone and email) , and in the end I felt satisfied that I made the right decision. No dealership I've ever dealt with in the past has EVER refused a 3rd party inspection on a used vehicle. Some I've asked about it since have explicitly said they encourage it and would distrust any organization that would feel otherwise. I'll never do business with these people. They were rude, raised the price of the vehicle after interest was expressed, and are completely unreasonable. More

Without going into too much detail, my experience negotiating with this dealership was appalling due to their unsuccessful attempt to deceive us into believing they were offering a significantly better deal than the deal we received from another dealership for an identical vehicle. In short, they tried to convince us using biweekly pricing that they were matching the other dealership that relied upon monthly payments (which was our preference). We were very clear as to the payment amount and finance term, but they tried to disguise their numbers using different variations of a biweekly payment plan that equaled significantly more than the other dealer we visited. When I initially disagreed with them, I was told I was wrong. Simple math clearly proved them wrong. When I demonstrated this, they simply said they couldn’t match the price. In fact, not only were they unable to match the price, my calculations revealed that their offer was nearly $100 more than the other dealer which equated to more than $4,000 over the finance term. Even more troubling was that their refusal for transparency regarding the financial break down of their final price and payments. More

Purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave on August 9th, 2014 in the amount of $52,808.01 ( in cash) from Caledon Chrysler after arguing with the Sales Manager Purchased a 2014 Buick Enclave on August 9th, 2014 in the amount of $52,808.01 ( in cash) from Caledon Chrysler after arguing with the Sales Manager for quite a long time about the amount they were willing to give us for the vehicle we were trading in. The Enclave we were purchasing was used it, it had 20,739 kms on it. The car proof report on the vehicle stated no accidents; however, the right front fender was scratched in a number of areas so it had clearly hit something and the right passenger door was also deeply scratched. The Sales Manager agreed to buff out all of the marks on the vehicle at no cost to us a number of times throughout our negotiations. My original offer of $2,000. for my trade in was on the basis that I would accept the vehicle "as is". In addition to all of the scratches on the vehicle, the vehicle was missing the DVD remote and two sets of headphones. My spouse and I had already done our due diligence on this vehicle and had been negotiating with two GM dealerships. Caledon Chrysler's price on the vehicle we wanted was good in spite of the scratches and missing equipment. I finally agreed to reduce my offer on my trade in from $2,000. down to $1,800. on the basis that the scratches would be removed. However, the actual credit I was given was only $1,550. not $1,800. which they claim was as a result of the fact that I was saving on the tax on the original cost of the car before the trade in allowance. I was also charged $199.00 for wheel locks and $41.50 for a car proof report that I had already downloaded for free before we visited the dealership. At the time, we were prepared to overlook the incidental amounts and we had other dealers attempt to do the same thing with the tax in the past so we accepted the reduction for the trade in from $1,800. to $1,550. since having the scratches repaired would probably cost us more than $250. When my spouse picked up the car on August 13, 2014 the scratches looked exactly the same as they had when we first inspected the vehicle. The Sales Rep indicated that they had tried to remove the scratches but were unable to do so. This vehicle is now going to a reputable dealership next week to have the scratches removed and to be thoroughly inspected. My spouse and I have purchased several vehicles over the course of our lifetime and I can honestly state that we have never been treated with such a lack of respect. I too left Shawn a voicemail and sent him two emails which remained unanswered. My question was "what name do you want listed as the payee on the bank draft"? More

I tried to leave a voice message for the dealer manager, but they said they had no voicemail.. Don't give this dealer any deposits, they will not refund your money! More

Each experience was positive, in that the technician was able to properly diagnose the problem and then correctly repair my truck at a fair price. This is important to me as I do not like to have an issue fixed more than once and pay excessive fees. Two other Dodge/Chrysler dealerships have existed in Bolton since I have been working there for roughly 20 years, and in my opinion this is the best. Their problem solving skills and customer service exceeds predecessors. In closing, I would suggest Caledon Chrysler is as a reputable place to service your Dodge/Chrysler vehicle. More
