Bad customer service I was looking to purchase 2 new vehicles, got in contact with TJ from Caledon Chrysler, he seemed like a very nice guy at first. I drove 5 hours, from I was looking to purchase 2 new vehicles, got in contact with TJ from Caledon Chrysler, he seemed like a very nice guy at first. I drove 5 hours, from North of Ottawa to take a look at a 2015 ram 1500 ecodiesel which he had in stock at the time of our first correspondence. He told me that if the truck sold he would get in contact with me and let me know by either the Thursday or the Friday. He never got in contact with me to inform me that the truck had sold so I sent him an email to ask if he still had the truck in stock on Saturday morning. It took him 2 hours to reply back to be with a simple yes or no. I drove through a snow storm to see the truck, risked my wife's life and mine only to find out that it was for nothing. I ended up giving Peel Chrysler a call and they had much better customer service, I left the dealership with 2 new cars and a smile on my face, it's not worth your time going to Caledon Chrysler to put up with their horrible customer service. Do your self a favor and just go to Peel Chrysler. More

Dealership advised they would courier out the next day but didn't. Upon calling to inquire, they apologized for the error and had one of their mechanics (Nick) personally drive out to our residence to hand deliver the keys and vehicle manuals. It was this action that warrants the 5 star rating for Customer Service. More

Good experience particularly with the Salesman TJ Drove from Mississauga to Bolton as the price advertised on a used car that we wanted was excellent. TJ and Vic the Finance Manager made the whole experience a pleasurable one. TJ was very professional and incredibly organized with the car available exactly at the time requested. He phoned the night before to ensure that we had the required paperwork and to confirm the pick up time. We had sourced other dealers who had the same car with the same equipment and mileage but Caledon Chrysler was by far the best price. Speed of transaction was great. Bought the car on Tuesday and picked it up on Thursday. It would probably have been ready for pick up on Wednesday if we had requested this. More

Sam, Andy and Viq were all very professional and courteous. They did not to try to pressure me into buying any "extras", but rather explained what was available and then let me make my decision. Although this is a Chrysler dealership, they had enough knowledge about the Subaru to answer my questions. The price of the vehicle was very good and it was detailed well when I went to pick it up. After searching for months online, Caledon had the car that checked all my boxes and the price was less I found the perfect car at Caledon Chrysler. After searching for months online, Caledon had the car that checked all my boxes and the price was less than the average rate. The salespeople weren't pushy and were friendly. I thought I would have some issues with financing but Vic worked his magic and made it happen for me. He was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very transparent with the facts and explained every detail to me. I hope to be able to deal with him again in the future. I had a few minor issues after the purchase but Sam I. was able to solve the problems quickly and without hesitation. Thank you to both Vic and Sam for making this experience positive. More
