Drove 3 hours to discovered I was lied to I spoke to the salesperson named Kae on the phone about a used vehicle they are advertising. I explained to Kae that I was coming from near St. Catharines and that I was only interested in the vehicle if it was in excellent shape, i.e. no scratches, stone chips. I even asked how the interior was because the pictures made it look dirty. He assured me that the truck was in excellent shape in and out and that he would prep it for my arrival. So, I believed him and drove the 1-1/2 hours to Bolton only to discover that the truck had scratches from end to end, dents an totally scratched up box and an extremely dirty and scratched up interior. I spent a total of 1 minute at the dealership and as far as I'm concerned that one more minute than anyone should spend there. I got no apology, just a blank stare and a shrug. I guess 3 hours of my time and the half tank of gas is worth a lot more to me that to this dealership More
