did not honour our bill of sale Bill of sale was July 29, to receive the Dodge Ram 0% financing for 72 months, Dealer called on July 30 said the accessories we requested would not be Bill of sale was July 29, to receive the Dodge Ram 0% financing for 72 months, Dealer called on July 30 said the accessories we requested would not be put on by July 31 (our scheduled pick up) so could we pick up after weekend- did not tell us that after July 31 (even though bill of sale was July 29) we would no longer qualify for the Ram incentive. When we picked up waited 2 1/2 hours for sales manager to explain and so us a new bill of sale- they did not or woudl not honour the first one and even though it was their incompetence that led to that mistake. We did not agree to new bill of sale so therefore did not be the truck... New customers .. don't go here as theyu do not honour the bill of sale or admit their mistake or respect their customers. More

Does Caledon Chrysler use predetory pricing with women? My wife went to Caledon Chrysler to purchase a new truck. The salesman and sales manager continually presented her with prices well above the prices My wife went to Caledon Chrysler to purchase a new truck. The salesman and sales manager continually presented her with prices well above the prices that were listed on their own website. They wouldn't provide her with the actual price of the vehicle as well as the fact sheet when she requested it but would only slip her a piece of paper with the bi-weekly payment amount scribbled on it. She asked for the fact sheet with the complete breakdown of features and costs and they kept reiterating that "the bi-weekly payment was the only number that mattered". A number of times she had to use her Iphone's calculator to calculate the total cost of each vehicle presented as they negotiated on the price of vehicles. There was no such thing as "No Haggle Pricing". She requested to purchase an additional upgrade and when the truck was recieved they had installed a cheap $25 ebay knock-off instead of the expected MOPAR part which they had charged her $900 for. She has been trying to contact the general manager about it and he appears to be dodging her calls. When we picked up the truck the salesman stopped talking to her, the person that had negotiated and purchased the vehicle but instead started talking to me exclusively instead. One of the vehicles that the salesperson had arranged for a test drive for her actually ran out of gas when she was in it. While we were in the dealership, the sales manager kept bragging about how drunk he was the night before and the fact that he couldn't remember how he had hurt himself. Incredibly unprofessional!! Caledon Chrysler..... You can do better!! More

best car shopping experience ever I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service we received from this dealership, especially our sales person T.J No one at any time made us fee I cannot tell you how happy we are with the service we received from this dealership, especially our sales person T.J No one at any time made us feel stupid, or poor (we were working within a budget), and never once did we feel pressured. We have been shopping at other dealerships and they would leave us sitting for 20 mins all by ourselves at a time or longer. This never happened here. TJ was more than patient with us whether we were joking around, asking questions or forgetting things. He is a GREAT person for car sales AND customer service. You can't sell without a great attitude, friendly approach and the #1 attribute, patience. Thank you for an amazing experience! We are so glad we called last minute about a used car...although it sold and we were sad, we ended up buying a our first NEW car ever! (We have only ever purchased used).
