A pleasure to deal with! I was looking for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I found on Autotrader.ca. When I arrived I found the vehicle I was looking for and I was approached I was looking for a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I found on Autotrader.ca. When I arrived I found the vehicle I was looking for and I was approached by salesman Arian. We chatted briefly and he said lets go for a drive which is what I wanted to do. After getting some details sorted out I bought the Jeep. Arian was great to deal with as were other staff I interacted with. Great pricing, great service. I also appreciated the way in which Caledon Chryslers business manager Viq went through all the details of the sale with great clarity. did not honour our bill of sale Bill of sale was July 29, to receive the Dodge Ram 0% financing for 72 months, Dealer called on July 30 said the accessories we requested would not be Bill of sale was July 29, to receive the Dodge Ram 0% financing for 72 months, Dealer called on July 30 said the accessories we requested would not be put on by July 31 (our scheduled pick up) so could we pick up after weekend- did not tell us that after July 31 (even though bill of sale was July 29) we would no longer qualify for the Ram incentive. When we picked up waited 2 1/2 hours for sales manager to explain and so us a new bill of sale- they did not or woudl not honour the first one and even though it was their incompetence that led to that mistake. We did not agree to new bill of sale so therefore did not be the truck... New customers .. don't go here as theyu do not honour the bill of sale or admit their mistake or respect their customers.
