However, after looking at several used Journeys, I was getting discouraged because none of the vehicles I looked at lived up to their advertised description. Luckily, I found a used 2014 Dodge Journey listed with Caledon Chrysler. What a pleasant surprise to find that it was exactly as described. All of the staff were professional and yet friendly. The business manager, Viq Hasan was exceptionally polite and honest. Having purchased only new and used Chrysler products since the early 60’s, I found this to be one of the most pleasant transactions that I have experienced, over the years (No pressure, Vehicle as described, Pleasant Staff, Great Price) The original Sales Manager had promised to acquire an owner's manual for me but did not.I was referred to a number of sales personnel but did not receive the manual. After speaking with the new sales manager Payman, the issue was resolved quickly. Lynne the service manager kindly called to let me know that it was being sent to me. More
