not a happy customer While we were happy with the services we received during the purchasing of our vehicle it was after that that the poor service started. Once we were home with the vehicle we discovered the horn was not working. Some thing that should have been taken care of during the vehicle safety check. The license plate was not attached properly and came off putting a nice scratch on the car. Fast forward a few months to when we need to get winter tires and found out that they could not get the tires off, the bolts had to be cut off which also meant melting the plastic wheel cover. We were told by two different mechanics (one being a certified Dodge Dealer mechanic) that there is no way the tires were ever inspected during the vehicle safety, that it is impossible for them to be so rusted on in just a few months. While the service was good during the purchase transaction I have to question the work that is done on the vehicles at this particular dealership. I sent several emails and received no reply. I called to speak with a manager and all we got was "sorry for the inconvenience". Will not be going back here for vehicle service, ever! More

A couple days later we came in ready to finalize the purchase. We got a fair deal, and the licensing and reg was all done by the dealership so it was hassle free for me. We met with Vic (Viqar) who was the finance manager and he helped me lower my finance rate with the bank! I was very grateful for this and appreciated it very much. I had some concerns about a few things in the car and the Sales manager Payman helped me deal with all of them. He went above & beyond to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle.
