Buyer Beware! Bought a Trailhawk from these guys. Wanted a vehicle to tow a trailer. The salesman I drove with knew nothing about the vehicle so I went through the Bought a Trailhawk from these guys. Wanted a vehicle to tow a trailer. The salesman I drove with knew nothing about the vehicle so I went through the manager about details. Vehicle I test drove did not have a hitch, but he said no problem they could put one in for me. I asked if it would meet the advertised Mopar trailer package standards and he assured me that it would. it turns out that he lied to me. the towing capacity was only 2000 pounds for an off market hitch, not the 4500 pounds advertise by Mopar. it was completely useless for the purpose I bought it. Long story short after a lot of back-and-forth and frustration I ended up with another jeep with an extra cost of over $10,000. They charged me for the depreciation on the useless vehicle they sold me Be very careful dealing with these guys they will do anything possible to get a vehicle off their lot More
