He was very helpful with the buying process, and explained all fee's and costs that we were unsure of. The truck needed some added accessories installed, and was done in a timely manner. Arman explained all features of the truck, and was extremely kind to me and my family. I first completed the online trade evaluation which is on their site. When I got to the dealership the next day they could not find the truck so they decided to a apraise my 2013 SUV. They find the lowest price vehicle on Autotrader.ca and offer you less, what a scam. They valued it 6,000 less than two other Dodge dealers, explains why their sell price is lower than others, they make it up on trade value. After 2 hrs they still couldn't find the truck, what a waste of time. Sent their customer service and email but they won't answer. More
