We have been shopping at other dealerships and they would leave us sitting for 20 mins all by ourselves at a time or longer. This never happened here. TJ was more than patient with us whether we were joking around, asking questions or forgetting things. He is a GREAT person for car sales AND customer service. You can't sell without a great attitude, friendly approach and the #1 attribute, patience. Thank you for an amazing experience! The Manager Ash took over and guaranteed us everything would be handled to our satisfaction or we would not have to take the car (even though we had signed the agreement).
