Does Caledon Chrysler use predetory pricing with women? My wife went to Caledon Chrysler to purchase a new truck. The salesman and sales manager continually presented her with prices well above the prices My wife went to Caledon Chrysler to purchase a new truck. The salesman and sales manager continually presented her with prices well above the prices that were listed on their own website. They wouldn't provide her with the actual price of the vehicle as well as the fact sheet when she requested it but would only slip her a piece of paper with the bi-weekly payment amount scribbled on it. She asked for the fact sheet with the complete breakdown of features and costs and they kept reiterating that "the bi-weekly payment was the only number that mattered". A number of times she had to use her Iphone's calculator to calculate the total cost of each vehicle presented as they negotiated on the price of vehicles. There was no such thing as "No Haggle Pricing". She requested to purchase an additional upgrade and when the truck was recieved they had installed a cheap $25 ebay knock-off instead of the expected MOPAR part which they had charged her $900 for. She has been trying to contact the general manager about it and he appears to be dodging her calls. When we picked up the truck the salesman stopped talking to her, the person that had negotiated and purchased the vehicle but instead started talking to me exclusively instead. One of the vehicles that the salesperson had arranged for a test drive for her actually ran out of gas when she was in it. While we were in the dealership, the sales manager kept bragging about how drunk he was the night before and the fact that he couldn't remember how he had hurt himself. Incredibly unprofessional!! Caledon Chrysler..... You can do better!! More

We have been shopping at other dealerships and they would leave us sitting for 20 mins all by ourselves at a time or longer. This never happened here.
