Questionable Practices "It's a trap" Called ahead prior to leaving our home 1.5hrs to look at a used vehicle. TJ was pleasant enough and rattled off the features. Told me about the "cop" who previously owned it (other LEOs love hearing the word COP!} I decided to make a cash offer with my own financing and was told that someone had selected this vehicle and applied on line for credit...thus if I wanted the vehicle I would have to apply for credit through the dealer. Of course I could simply pay it off right away with my own financing. TJ Really tried to push the financing as this is clearly another source of revenue for them. Obviously I wasn't biting for this ploy, despite the long distance I travelled. When I asked to speak to the manager though as I wanted to share my frustration with the inconsiderate action of not advising that there was an offer or sorts already in place..he was mysteriously busy. TJ left the office twice to allegedly collect the manager who was outside...however my wife watched him simply exit the building and stand outside for a few minutes...pretending to have gone to speak to manager. He then disclosed to me upon my departure that he was in fact a manager himself...by this time the lies and BS we're getting pretty deep. Happy we smelled the trap and knew enough to avoid it. Show all rebates rebate and or incentives separately and the dealers discount from price. TJ did exactly what I asked, we struggled a little over the trade value but at the end of the day, it was fair. Your credit guy was fast and too the point and did not push extra's he asked once and we declined. I arrived at the dealership around 5 pm on Monday and by 6:30 the deal and all finance paper work was complete. We picked up the truck the text day Tuesday and were in and out in about an hour. To me this process was exceptional. No haggle and all parties feel good about the transaction. Good job TJ More

Our salesman assured us the dings woukd be fixed and the car woukd be detailed by delivery. We bought on a Friday and delivery scheduled for Tuesday. We showed up on Tuesday at lunch and the car had not berm touched. Dings were still not touched up (and never were). The car had not been washed or anything, so basically they only washed it and on Friday the salesman assured us detailing On their storefront window it says free Sirius trial on new and new used cars. We never got that either. My husband got in to drive away, and the change oil light was on. That took over an hour. Again he went to drive away and the navigation system was not working. Back he went, till they put the chip in. After several attempts to contact and get some satisfaction and an assurance the sales manager woukd call, which he never did, we are furious. This is not how a reputable dealer should operate More
