Our salesman assured us the dings woukd be fixed and the car woukd be detailed by delivery. We bought on a Friday and delivery scheduled for Tuesday. We showed up on Tuesday at lunch and the car had not berm touched. Dings were still not touched up (and never were). The car had not been washed or anything, so basically they only washed it and on Friday the salesman assured us detailing On their storefront window it says free Sirius trial on new and new used cars. We never got that either. My husband got in to drive away, and the change oil light was on. That took over an hour. Again he went to drive away and the navigation system was not working. Back he went, till they put the chip in. After several attempts to contact and get some satisfaction and an assurance the sales manager woukd call, which he never did, we are furious. This is not how a reputable dealer should operate More

You also seemed to get as excited as we did in experiencing the new Fiat 500 Cross Over as we test drove the car; encouraging us to take as much time as we needed to feel satisfied. My wife and both felt we were talking more to a friend then the “typically” salesman. This instilled confidence and trust that were do not often feel in many large purchases. We are still in the market for potentially 1-2 cars/ trucks in the next year or so and will definitely refer to you to fulfill our needs. Other stars in your organization include your very charming and helpful F&I Manager, Mr. Hamid Shamanian; several of the reception staff (whose names I forget....apologies), and even incidental staff members whom I had no more than a few occasional words with during my multiple visits to the dealership --- ALL were very helpful and friendly. They worked around my schedule to accommodate my phone calls and emails.
