You also seemed to get as excited as we did in experiencing the new Fiat 500 Cross Over as we test drove the car; encouraging us to take as much time as we needed to feel satisfied. My wife and both felt we were talking more to a friend then the “typically” salesman. This instilled confidence and trust that were do not often feel in many large purchases. We are still in the market for potentially 1-2 cars/ trucks in the next year or so and will definitely refer to you to fulfill our needs. Other stars in your organization include your very charming and helpful F&I Manager, Mr. Hamid Shamanian; several of the reception staff (whose names I forget....apologies), and even incidental staff members whom I had no more than a few occasional words with during my multiple visits to the dealership --- ALL were very helpful and friendly. It seemed like a daunting task to do a vehicle trade and purchase more than 8 hours away strictly on the phone or by email, but TJ and Hamid made this extremely feasible, and relatively painless. They worked around my schedule to accommodate my phone calls and emails. All the paperwork and the truck was ready when I arrived at our scheduled appointment and both my husband and I were welcomed quickly and the deal was completed within the hour. Crooks... fancy work with the contract price ! We first looked at a drove 3 vehicles that were not what I wanted, but was told my truck was exactly like another one that was on lot but sold. So we agreed on the price, signed off by manager, and then went to the finance guy. I should not have even gone this far because I had not seen the truck I was supposed to buy. Then the contract price is nearly $4,000 more than agreed due to things the finance guy added in and tried to slip past me. After a third try he still did not get it write so I ended up demanding my deposit back. Terribly unprofessional and dishonest !!! I bought elsewhere. More
