Don't appear too interested in selling vehicles I sent thru an Autotrader request on Sunday night to inquire about a vehicle, and having NOT heard anything back on Wednesday evening decided to reach I sent thru an Autotrader request on Sunday night to inquire about a vehicle, and having NOT heard anything back on Wednesday evening decided to reach out to the dealership. Used the online chat function of their website and the girl told me she didn't have any e-mail address for the service manager or anyone that I could forward my concern to (and the proof e-mail from Autotrader). She assured me that I would hear back from someone and I provided my e-mail address. It's now Thursday afternoon and I haven't heard from anyone, and even appears the vehicle I was interested is gone. Oh well guess this technology they want you to use, doesn't work for them. Should have taken the 2 hr. drive and did things the old fashioned way I guess. The low rating is based on the service (or lack their of) that I received. More
