He was very friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I both felt at ease and he made the process stress free. I especially appreciated being encouraged to sit in and test drive several vehicles - yet we felt no pressure. It was this accommodating and laid back atmosphere that led us to purchase a vehicle.
