Got our 2020 Jetta with Tim at Bytek. He was so professional, respectful, and efficient. My partner and I had visited the dealership across the street before going to Bytek, and the saleswoman ther professional, respectful, and efficient. My partner and I had visited the dealership across the street before going to Bytek, and the saleswoman there made homophobic jokes to us that made us super uncomfortable. We left as fast as we could, and decided to go look at a Jetta at Bytek instead. We didn’t have an appointment and just met Tim on the spot. He answered all our questions without hesitation - and there lots of them, since it was our first time getting a new vehicle and at a dealership. He was never pushy or condescending. After our first visit and test drive, the whole process of closing the deal on the vehicle was very smooth. I will be coming back to see Tim for my future vehicles, since we love Volkswagen and he provides great customer service. I’d definitely recommend Bytek if you’re looking to purchase/lease a vehicle!
