Great Experience Just picked up my Jetta and I love it! Not to mention this was the easiest and most fun experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Nice Buying Experience Bytek treated us well from the time we first visited until after we bought our pre-owned car. Unlike the earlier complaint, after Bytek had our money they still treated us like new customers and without charge fixed some small issues with the vehicle, which were not covered under the warranty. The salesperson, Kris Peshev, was excellent! We were indecisive and hesitant buyers. Kris was patient, a good-listener, and pressure-free. He is a genuine 10 out of 10. 8 years of being a customer and they lost my customer record I called to make a routine service appointment and get work done on a quote received from them last year. They had no record I was a customer, even t I called to make a routine service appointment and get work done on a quote received from them last year. They had no record I was a customer, even though I purchased my vehicle there and have been bringing it in for service 2-3 times a years since 2006. The service coordinator argued with me and insinuated that I was mistaken. I then dug out my 8 years of service invoices and got a hold of the service manager. They clearly have a system glitch as he could not locate my customer record either. He was to search based on invoice #s gave him, including the quote in question and call me back. That was yesterday. Have not heard back. Will not be giving them any more business. Also insisted my Winter tires were not used last season, although I have a service invoice from them indicating mounting of my Summer tires from last June, 2014. More

Don't bother coming here for anything. This place is god aweful. Like the previous submitter mentioned; once they have your money they will keep it and will rip you off anyway they can. They damaged my car while doing regular maintenance and instead of owning up to fix the damage they gave a very lame excuse saying it's a side effect to the maintenance. They wouldn't want to fix it until I threatened to take legal action and then the GM contacted me giving me really rude remarks and only offered to fix it at a "discounted price". I finally got it repaired but they insisted I pay the taxes even though I shouldn't of I still did to get this over with. Now I go to Hunt Club VW for all my repairs and purchases. They know how to keep my business. More

Bytek has a "Deals of the day" special on their website, which is typically much lower than MSRP (invoice plus a couple of hundred dollars). No pressure sales, no "mandatory" security package add-o website, which is typically much lower than MSRP (invoice plus a couple of hundred dollars). They have a dangerous way of doing business. They never disclosed details about their cars they just proceed and repair the damages in house with out telling anyone.
