RE: Charles Lemon 2008 Jeep Grand Cherokee In response to your DealerRater comments: Bustard Chrysler was made aware of issues in regards to your tires on or about September 2013. In response to your email, Bustard Chrysler apologized for any inconvenience and offered to help you with expenses incurred. At that time, Mr. Lemon, you declined help and stated that the issue wasn’t “that much of a problem”. I really wish it would have been more clear that the issues you were experiencing were making you that unhappy. Based on our conversations, I came to the conclusion that everything was ok. Once again, we do apologize for any misunderstanding.

I'm quite certain that the words "not that much of a problem" never passed my lips during any conversation. I was very clear that rear-seat passengers were experiencing a disturbing ride quality. The tires should never have made it onto the vehicle for sale. Any experienced technician should have identified the issue during a presale inspection. It took your serbice manager less than 2 blocks of test drive to find it! When the issue was identified only 10 days after I took delivery, Bustard should havd immediately offerred to replace them at no charge. The tires were obviously faulty at the time of sale. When it was clear that I would beout of pocket for new tires less than 2 weeks after buying the vehicle, I decided not to throe good money after bad at Bustards. I went to a reputable and honedt tire dealership and had the problem resolved by peopld I can trust not to screw me over.
