I bought a used car from Aaron at Bustard's. This was the second dealership I had worked with during this car search. He is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Monday We went for a test drive with Ryan and everything seemed good except for the few issues we had with the car including the breaks very low, scratches on the side and back of the vehicle and the visor seemed good except for the few issues we had with the car including the breaks very low, scratches on the side and back of the vehicle and the visor missing from the passenger side of the car, as well as the shifter being stiff when moving it through the gears. When we went in to do the paper work we were assured that everything would be done upon pick up that Saturday and we would love our new vehicle. Saturday we went to pick up the vehicle and nothing was done except for the breaks, and on top of all the problems that were still not fixed the back window switch was missing the rear wheel well cover was falling off and the license plate was not yet put on the car. AWESOME ... Yes we should have walked away then I know! When I called to speak to a manager because clearly our sales person could not handle the job he has been given, I was assured that I would get a call back on Monday not to worry and everything would be taken care of. No One called. Tuesday rolled around so I called them, spoke to yet another manager that assured me not to worry to bring it in so he could look through it himself. I did was there in 20 minutes for him to look it over. They made me an appointment for the following Thursday for ALL of the work to be completed at once, great now we are getting somewhere ... I thought. Wednesday before the apt I get in the car to bring my son to hockey and to my surprise the car will not start! The car is in P with the shifter but the dash is telling me it is in R. So I call the dealership to see what to do and the manager suggests I jump start it, why I would do that I have no idea but he went on and on about doing so, so we did ... did it work absolutely NOT. His then response was well I don't know what you want me to do, great. I don't know either maybe fix the xxxx thing since I have had it for 11 days and it is BROKEN. hmmm well he said he would look into getting it towed and call me the next morning. I wait till 10 thinking that is patient since I know had to take a day off of work because my new car will not go anywhere and I call them and guess what ,,, The manager that is going to help fix the problem is gone for the day to the auction to buy more cars... (why don't you make sure the ones you have run down the road first???) beyond me ... Anyways, we manipulate the car get it into the shop and are told it will be done with all the work promised on Friday. Well Friday rolls around and yet another "manager" calls me and he has it all set not a problem needs someone to sign off on the warrantee that was approved and I am good to pick up the car YAY!!! Not so much, they are closing and it is the long weekend we can get our car on Tuesday. Well at least we get the car back everything is done and life is good come on Tuesday. Tuesday rolls around no one calls, so I call at 5, of course no one can be found and the shop is closed. Someone calls back 10 mins later assuring us everything is fine but it still needs to be painted (which was supposed to be done Thursday during my apt time) so we could pick it up Wednesday. Wednesday is now here and to my surprise still no car but they did call... to tell me nothing falls under warrantee and we will be paying out of pocket for it all. Car is under 3 Warrantees right now too... Dodge original under 100k ... extended through dodge .... and there 30 day dealership warrantee No one does what they say around there, I don't think anyone knows what they are doing, and No one is reliable. Everyone passes the problem on to someone else and you never get what you need and everything that is told to you is a lie. In conclusion I would wish someone death before I would EVER send them to this place to buy a car absolutely outrageous!!! More

My experience with Bustard (Jeff Marles) was amazing. It took a bit of patience while we found the right vehicle for me, but the day I picked up my 2014 Jeep Patriot was one of the BEST days of my life! The dealership had a great price on a truck and was very courteous. Appreciated the test drive by myself as other dealership has told me that its a must that they come with you. Hey there this is a quick note about the experience i had with Bustards. I was looking for a new car met with Gary and he asked what I was looking for told him a 200 right away, he showed me one and asked if with Bustards. Yes, i would buy and tell friends about bustard and the incredible sales associate Gary. p/s Gary keep up the good work A short note about Christina she is a very friendly and helpful person in the financial part of the business she is a real pro. We went down to look at a specific vehicle, when that one didn't quite suit what we were looking for our sales man was able to quickly & accurately suggest a vehicle we may be interested. We ended up coming didn't quite suit what we were looking for our sales man was able to quickly & accurately suggest a vehicle we may be interested. We ended up coming back a few days later & purchasing the suggested vehicle. Our sales person was very friendly & accommodating, he had any information we needed at hand & if it was a question he couldn't answer he found the answer promptly. We would definately consider purchasing another vehicle here in the future. More
