In July/August of 2013, I purchased a 2005 Chrysler Pacifica from Bustard Motors in Waterloo. Gary was the sales rep that I dealt with on the vehicle, and for the most part, I was very pleased with the Pacifica from Bustard Motors in Waterloo. Gary was the sales rep that I dealt with on the vehicle, and for the most part, I was very pleased with the experience. The vehicle was, and still is in excellent condition considering it's age. It was clear to me that they do not accept just any used vehicle. At the time of purchase, there was a deep stone chip in the front windshield, which was to be repaired or the windshield was to be replaced. When I picked up the vehicle, the option had been made to make a repair. On December 9th, 2013, on the drive to work, there was a loud crack (heard over the radio by my passenger and I both), and a 6-inch horizontal crack appeared from the point of the stone chip repair. Within 10 minutes, there was a crack 75% across the windshield over the heater vent, looking like a happy face spreading symmetrically across the windshield. From my perspective, this could only have been caused by the temperature variation between outside (cold) and inside the vehicle (heater on defrost), regardless... I contacted Bustard Motors, spoke with the customer service representative and explained what had happened. I was advised that they would explain what had happened and call me back. I received a call back shortly thereafter (within 30 minutes) and was advised that due to the length of time that had elapsed that they could not replace it for free, but would be willing to do the repair at a price below the insurance deductible. Had there been some other impact to the windshield, or the crack had appeared elsewhere, I would not have been fine with the decision. Not being satisfied with this response, the next day I went down to the dealership to discuss the issue further. I spoke with the receptionist, explained the situation, and asked her to come and take a look, as I wanted to show what had occurred. I was advised to contact the owner of the dealership, Bill Bustard, and explain what had happened. At the time, the owner was away from the office, but within hours I had received a response saying that the windshield replacement would be completed at no cost. I received a call the next day to schedule the repair. The repair was completed on the following Friday. There is only one thing that I was truly uncomfortable with during my experience with this dealer (and this does not relate to the dealership as a whole, as they are all warm, professional and truly friendly people dedicated to their customers). I was not overly impressed with the high-pressure sales tactics applied during the post-purchase attempt to sell me extended warranty coverage. I was told that I "would" need drivetrain coverage. This gave me the perception that there was a problem with the vehicle, after I had purchased it. I opted out. So far, there have been no issues, and the vehicle purrs along beautifully. Bustard Motors has earned my future business, and I would recommend any friends or people asking for recommendations to this dealership. The quality of service, and no pressure sales was amazing. The price was top notch and Gary was very polite about our offers. The warranty (30 day powertrain) really gives me confidence in their service, and the fact that my car was out in front, brilliantly shined up was amazing. I would buy from here again. I gave everything a 5 star rating because everything was excellent, I couldn't ask for better service. I got my dream car at a dream price, all thanks to Bustard and Gary. Thanks everyone! More

My son suggested Bustards to me but I was hesitant because I had looked at a couple Doge Rams in Mount Forest, (where I live) and really wanted to shop local and support my community. Upon arrival we were greeted with a hand shake and welcome. After being introduced to Chantelle Mann, I explained the type of truck I was looking for and price range. She had mentioned to my son (over the phone) about a 2009 dodge ram but after hearing my needs and wants she introduced me to this 2011 Dodge Ram 5.7 L Hemi with everything I was looking for, including the price. I was given an envelope, as a possible purchaser, containing $500 worth of certificates. I returned with my husband (next business day) went for a test drive and awaited for financing. We were approved same day, Christianne Wattam kept the payments below what I requested and I was able to save $200 on rust protection/paint protection and upholstery protection, along with remaining factory warranty on my truck. I have tire guard and walk away protection for FREE. In all, I am VERY pleased with the service I received from Bustards of Listowel. They have one happy customer here. :) More
We had a little accident with a groundhog that took out the driving light lens and a molding on our 200. Roberto quoted us on it and had it repaired below the cost we expected. I live in Toronto and I go out of my way to take both my car and my wife's car here for detailing. Yes, Roberto and his team are that good. Wash and wax are done by hand, rims are scrubbed with a toothbru car and my wife's car here for detailing. Yes, Roberto and his team are that good. Wash and wax are done by hand, rims are scrubbed with a toothbrush and interior air vents are cotton swabbed! Their workmanship and attention to detail is superb. Their customer service is outstanding as well. They are professional, friendly and will go that extra mile to make you happy. For example, Roberto has personally given me a lift somewhere while my car was being serviced. This is why I have been coming here for years, and will continue to do so. Highly recommended. He helped me weight the pros and cons of several candidate vehicles and was patient as I explored some upgrades that I'd wanted to consider (running boards, winch, etched). He was very thorough in reviewing the warranty implications for each vehicle. He took the time to understand what it was that would meet my needs and wants. In the end, I'm getting a great deal on a wonderful gently used Jeep with all the bells and whistles that made me very happy indeed. I've always had great luck dealing with a Bustards over the past 14 years and I know that, thanks to Gary's helpful advice and support, I'll continue to be a very satisfied Bustards customer.
