I liked that he provides complete answers to your questions without the need for follow ups. I brought my dad with me and Naseem was patient, easy to talk to and to the point. I eventually purchased a vehicle from him and it’s worth noting that during and after the purchase he made sure to add a personal touch to the experience to ensure consumer satisfaction e.g. follow ups and available for enquiries (even on his off days). Very unprofessional service We were going to buy a used vehicle from these guys. When we went to see the vehicle, they said the detailing job was not done yet but they promised t We were going to buy a used vehicle from these guys. When we went to see the vehicle, they said the detailing job was not done yet but they promised to fix EVERYTHING, so we put down our deposit after negotiation of price. However, when we picked up the car the first time at setup time, we were told it was not done, but we never received a phone call. The second time we went, we noticed several scratches (I mean very obvious ones) and the response we received was basically "what do you expect, it is an used car" and "you didn't mention that the first time" from the manager. It was totally unprofessional that they said that. When we requested the fixing of the scratches, we were expected to pay for the whole amount before they could do that. So, we decided not to purchase the car due to the low standards this dealership is holding, More
