Repeatedly bad service, was called to pick up vehicle, vehicle was not ready until the next day, stain on seat had to return to get cleaned, molding fell off as technician did not put back on properly after replacing air filter. Will not go back for service nor will purchase from them again. More

Put the car in a dark indoor parking spot in a rainy day, so I didn't see the scratches because they just use the touch up pen to cover the deep scratches which not wear to tears. Misleading selling method, pushing you to get an no extra charge auto loan, but there has an interest $410. for 75 days she never mention. More

I received a promotion in the mail offering me a free $99.00 value car detailing (wash, wax etc.) if I brought my car in for a routine oil change. I booked an appointment for the car detailing and oil c $99.00 value car detailing (wash, wax etc.) if I brought my car in for a routine oil change. However, when I brought the car in, the service person who happened to be the service dept head, said he knew nothing about this promotion and gave me a hard time with this.The entrance to the service department is underground in a public parking garage which is very crowded. You have to park and then take an elevator up to the actual service department. In the area reserved for Burrard Acura the sign reads "Valet parking" but the attendant asked me to park my car myself in a difficult parking spot, but took my car when I asked him to park it.Instead of the oil change (about $60) I was told that I needed a "full checkup" for about $300 which I accepted. (My final bill came to $700). I asked that my spare tire be checked and I had completely emptied my trunk so this could be easily done.When I checked, the trunk had not been vacuumed as part of the "$99 value car detailing" and the spare tire was completely flat. Although I was able to get a decent deal on a used 2009 Acura. The sales rep was extremely rude. When informing him of a competitors price, he quickly responded "why are you here then?" He ensured Acura. The sales rep was extremely rude. When informing him of a competitors price, he quickly responded "why are you here then?" He ensured that there was still 3 years left in the warranty, but when I went to sign the documents, there was only 1 year left. Also, because my acura was purchased 'on sale', it is no longer considered a 'certified acura'. Which leads me to believe that cars stating 'certified acura' have no performance value what so ever. If you have thick skin, and have the capibility to not let rude/difficult sales people sway you away from a good deal. This is the place for you. You'll have to work hard to get what you want, but its worth it. I do not regret buying my acura from here. Though i'm never bringing it here for service. Others, you're better off somewhere else. More
