Difficult Emission malfunction finally resolved! An initial visit to repair an emission related problem on my 2009 Mazda 6 did not resolve the issue (check engine light came back on), resulted in two An initial visit to repair an emission related problem on my 2009 Mazda 6 did not resolve the issue (check engine light came back on), resulted in two subsequent visits and intervention by the Service Manager Gerry Lancaster. Having of a technical background myself, I can appreciate the difficulty of troubleshooting an intermittent sensor which Gerry felt was the problem. It is refreshing to deal with a technical oriented manager rather than a financial focused manager and I commend Gerry working with his techs to move towards a solution. I am hoping the issue will be behind me. Courteous, and considerate Service Advisers Katie and Andrea were understanding. My concerned would be more with Mazda design in making systems difficult to diagnose. Thank you for honoring your repair guarantee policy. D. Young More

Just have to know what your car needs and does not need. Overall I will continue to bring my car to Budds Mazda while I live in the area for oil changes since the price is good and I like looking at the new MX-5 RF while I am there. More
