Katie Andrews knows her clients very well, such that I only need to say I'm coming in and she knows what service needs to be done. She is polite, highly knowledgeable and efficient. She always does right for her clients. I also like having women in the Service Centre as this makes for a much more comfortable experience, where I'm not treated as though I know nothing about cars because I am a female. Kudos all around to the Service Department. More
