He jumped through so many hoops and took on so many curve xxxxx that i could bring to him so i could get into the car i wanted. He was even super patient with my toddler when he came in, so thats always a plus. Thank you so much for all your help. Kane and i love our new vehicle and im sure my dog will too :) More

I want to start by saying that I’ve had an amazing customer experience at this dealership. Every service advisor I have dealt with has been courteous and professional but there is one name in particular that I would like to mention and that is the service manager, Jason Corrigan, who went the extra mile and put all his efforts in trying to convince Mazda that this is a manufacturing defect that has to be fixed under warranty. Although it was a very long road, Mazda finally proved that they stand behind their product and solved the issue to my satisfaction. Again, without Jason, this would not likely have been possible. This is my 4th Mazda and although there were some hiccups with this vehicle, it’s because Mazda’s dedicated employees like Jason Corrigan that I am now strongly reconsidering this brand and looking forward to the new 2019 Mazda 3 for my next car purchase. More

I had taken the car in a few times and they were not able to solve the problem on the first few visits and while I might have given up (as the problem really wasn't that big a deal), Katie booked me in for a replacement car and they worked on it over a few days and solved the problem. I've always appreciated the efficiency, friendliness and competency of the service team at Budds. More

I I had taken my Mazda to three different shops to try and get my engine maintenance light off, before I was finally told to go to a Mazda dealership. I chose Budds and could not be happier. I mostly delt with Katie who was polite, friendly, and helpful. I don’t know a ton about cars so she explained everything I needed to know, she made sure I knew costs before they did any work on my car and she helped me out with timing of my appointments since I don’t have a super flexible schedule. I believe I also delt with a girl named Andrea, and between these two ladies I’ve never experienced better customer service. My engine light is finally off, and I hope I won’t be needing repairs on my car again, but if I do I know where to go! More

Why Budds Mazda in Oakville? Budds is not my closet Mazda store. It is not always convenient to drive to Oakville. So why not go to a closer shop. It’s the people! Kate is always great and Michael is the only mechanic that I will allow to touch my car. The service side is tops! Proof that Customer Service does not have to be an oxymoron. The sales side seems different. Twice now I have look at the new and used car inventory and no one has approached me. Sales must be good. More
