I have been to many BMW dealerships in the past, and none of them delivered a level of service close to that which I received at Budd's BMW. Craig was very helpful from the get-go , he explained my optio of them delivered a level of service close to that which I received at Budd's BMW. Craig was very helpful from the get-go , he explained my options and helped me in trading in my car for two brand new cars that were not even released yet. Had he not told me that the new 3 series was coming out soon, I would have purchased the old model, unknowingly, and I would have been disappointed. But Craig was very honest and courteous, he was of great help throughout the entire car buying process. After the sale was finalized, Craig kept in touch with us, checking on us and asking how we like the car, or if we have any problems that need to be taken care of, he was always an email or phone call away, which was great. We do not live close to Budd's BMW, but after hearing so many good reviews we decided to make it our dealership, and thanks to Craig I do not see that changing anytime soon. I would recommend Craig and Budd's BMW in a heartbeat! Thank you Craig. More

Luckily, one day I ventured into Budd's and Greg found a car that matched my exact specifications, and held it for me until I made up my mind. Greg was very approachable, and at no moment did I feel overwhelmed. He offered me so much of his time, and we went through every detail of the car, including the previous owner's maintenance records and the history of the car. I was very lucky to have found a car that was very well maintained, and before making the purchase I was given an opportunity to drive the car to make sure this was the one. Greg helped me get the car of my dreams, and to this day I am thankful for that. My entire family has purchased from Budd's , and our fleet of BMW's are a constant reminder of the good experience that we had when purchasing at the dealership. After the purchase, I realized that my GPS system was outdated, and Greg saw that I was unhappy and offered to pay for it himself, now my car can find a way home, and I am very thankful for that. Craig is a true professional consultant rather than a normal sales person. As when a person walked into a BMW dealership, it is like walking into a candy store with too many attractions to explore , fr normal sales person. As when a person walked into a BMW dealership, it is like walking into a candy store with too many attractions to explore , from one model to the other, in which it will be so difficult to make up your mind since all of the models are so attractive Craig is patience, helpful, knowledgeable and great to deal with. I still remember my last minute change of mind from a 335 I convertible to a 335is convertible model, the excitement at that time is still continue onwards from my day to day driving my car to and from work with a great deal of enjoyment. Needless to say, I will be dealing wih Craig on my upcoming purchase soon for my wife and of course, another BMW. Congratulations to BMW in successfully changed a Lexus owner for past 15 years to a BMW supporter and we are looking forward to see what BMW can benefits us on your i8 model as well as the 4 series.
