The attention and service I received from Rich Acosta when I purchased my car was exceptional. I had popped into the dealership to window shop on a couple of previous occasions. I wanted my selection of a BMW model to be as objective as possible, and for this I wanted to drive a few models side by side, have a technical discussion about the models I was provided with, and finally as possible, and for this I wanted to drive a few models side by side, have a technical discussion about the models I was provided with, and finally get the car of my choice in the desired colour. I got to do all this and finally drove off in my chosen car with as much satisfaction as is possible. I intend to enjoy my car since for me its not merely a conveyance for travelling from point A to point B, for me its one of life's pleasures.
