The attention and service I received from Rich Acosta when I purchased my car was exceptional. I had popped into the dealership to window shop on a couple of previous occasions. Craig is a true professional consultant rather than a normal sales person. As when a person walked into a BMW dealership, it is like walking into a candy store with too many attractions to explore , fr normal sales person. I still remember my last minute change of mind from a 335 I convertible to a 335is convertible model, the excitement at that time is still continue onwards from my day to day driving my car to and from work with a great deal of enjoyment.
