We have been customers since 2001 and have always dealt with Wayne Carr. Wayne is extremely professional and very personable. We have bought new and bought out our leases as well. Although our dealings with Wayne have been great but our experience with the service department has left a lot to desired. The biggest challenge is the cost of service...it's over priced. As well, beginning around 2007 every time one of our vehicles was dropped off for service we had to fight for a shuttle ride home. We live in Burlington, in Tyanadaga which is apparently is no-man's land. Both the Oakville and Hamilton locations say we are out of boundaries, funny since when we first purchased our vehicles there was no issue with where we lived. I would like to point out that just down the road from us in the most beautiful Mercedes dealership in the province that I'm sure would have no problem driving us home. My suggestion would be to reconsider your shuttle service boundaries and the cost of service specifically your hourly rate. More

I purchased a new vehicle from Matt. After deling with different dealers and many other sales people I felt comfortable with Matt's honesty and proactive approach to placing me in the right vehicle. I must say this is my third car i have purchased from Buds BMW, but the service i received from Rich Acosta was truly second to none. I loved my car, and Rich showed me a new 1 series and i was overly thrilled at first but after listening to what he had to say about the car and test driving it i was sold and now I LOVE my car. I was leery and don't usually like the sometimes pretentious vibe of 'higher-end' dealers. I experienced nothing of the sort here. Lee Andrews was great to deal with.
