I talk about Budd's often to people because everyone wants to drive a BMW, so people are always asking me about my car. I LOVE my car, but the service is outstanding. Since the first day I bought the wants to drive a BMW, so people are always asking me about my car. I LOVE my car, but the service is outstanding. Since the first day I bought the car and up to now even years later the service and people ALL the people, of course my favorite Master in the whole wide world Wayne!!!! But the people who book the appointments on the phone for you, honestly I have never had such friendly and helpful people they are ALWAYS so accommodating to me with the day, time and the drive home and back so I can work from home when my car is in for service this is GREAT I never feel inconvenienced. They are always right there when I drive in to greet me and quickly get me to Jenny who is always very efficient. Then get a nice drive home from one of the courtesy drivers who ALL that I have had have been a complete pleasure we always have a nice drive always great conversations with them. Please do not forget them, then back to the dealership to pick up my car where the guys in the back have done their job and leave me with no bill because you take care of all that with the lease of my car which is FANTASTIC!!!!! As a women I always feel safe and do not have to worry about any maintenance on my car. The BEST part it gets back to me all clean and shining like I just bought it. LOVE that part.
