They also show you another car in the first place and they provide a defective car on delivery date. Please take pictures from the VIN # and body and interior of the car before signing any bill. I paid $5000 deposit for a brand new SUV X3 and I canceled it next day but they didn't answer my several emails for cancelling. They pushed me to come and pickup the car otherwise not refunding my deposit. I went for pickup, but they provided a used car with significant body scratches and defects. More

After he accepts changing only the brake pads ( which should be the job here) he called me after 5 hours to tell me that he will not do it without the rotors because he is not feeling comfortable.... The receptionist Jenny beaudrie has no communications or follow up skills. I have 3 BMWs and always find it hard to deal with Budds Oakville. Time to change to onther dealership. More
