After he accepts changing only the brake pads ( which should be the job here) he called me after 5 hours to tell me that he will not do it without the rotors because he is not feeling comfortable.... The receptionist Jenny beaudrie has no communications or follow up skills. I have 3 BMWs and always find it hard to deal with Budds Oakville. Time to change to onther dealership. More
