They don't care whether you deal with them or not My vehicle is only 3 years old, just over 30000km on it, but needs new brakes because of corrosion. I was told that it was basically my fault for not driving it enough. When I bring the car in for scheduled maintenance they don't check the brakes. They keep the car all day to do scheduled maintenance but do the bare minimum. I have had bad experience with them before with another vehicle. They had the car all day, then called me at 5:30pm to tell me that they are not finished. Did not provide a loaner, instead told me I had 30 min to get to Enterprise before they closed for the day to get a loaner and charged me $35/day. When you question management about this they don't have anything to say. BMW Canada has no control over individual dealers. So they basically can do what they want, which is ripping people off. A new brake job will cost me almost twice as much as what other reputable auto shops will charge. Budd's has let me down too many times now. I will not come here again. More

Poor Service 1/2 hour of arriving at the dealership for a 10:10am appt. I was met by Alex who said he had been on the phone. After walking me through the service appointment I took the shuttle home. I phoned later in the day to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that Alex was at lunch and would get back to me . Having not received a return call I phoned again and spoke to Alex. I asked why it was taking over 4 hours for the service to be completed. He indicated that the stated completion time on the paperwork was 3:00pm.He explained that if I had waited at the dealership the service would have been completed in 2 hours but because I took a shuttle my service was placed lower on the priority list. I asked why I was not informed of this when he met with me that morning and he said that I was visibly upset and didn't give him the time to explain. More

Not sure if service was done Dropped my car off for service and recall , no parts for recall have to bring it back in for that , but service advisor said the service was done , wh Dropped my car off for service and recall , no parts for recall have to bring it back in for that , but service advisor said the service was done , when I picked up my car, first I noticed it wasn't washed not a big deal but its expected , next day I got a low washer fluid light, topping up all fluids is on the bill so I'm not sure if any of the checks were done or even the service was even done . Our first BMW experience an absolute joy! The process of purchasing a vehicle is inherently stressful even when armed with focus around what you would like. We identified a vehicle that appealed to us and Budd’s assigned a sales associate to connect with us. Brent was respectful, careful and knowledgeable but most impressive was his keen sense to see if we could find the right car at the right price that worked for Budds and for us. And we did. Perfectly. So the purchase experience was great. However, the standout experience was that rather then the end of a journey, the purchase was the beginning of a journey. The car preparation, the contact with the front office, the process for payment and most importantly, the experience picking it up, being assigned an associate who spent all the time we needed to get to know the car, the features, and raise our comfort level to be on the road was exceptional. This was incredible. Usually the process after your sale is quite robotic. At Budds we quickly felt that this is a company that understands that surviving and flourishing in the car business is not based in sales but in relationships. Yup @ this is what you call a real positive review! More
