My name is Shannon Wilkie and I am the Client Care Representative for The Budds' Group. I have personally taken a look into your arrangements with us for pick up and there was no concrete time set forth by yourself as a pickup time during your communications with your Advisor. We generally do not wash cars and have them sit out on our lot, we like to have them fresh for pick up, unfortunately with no time set out this was not the case. We apologize profusely about your wait time and would love to make it up to you. Please feel free to stop by anytime during service hours and we can have the vehicle re-washed for you. Thank you for your time and for sharing your comments. The only way we can be better everyday is to hear from our valued clients.

Thanks, I agree with you that I did not specify a time. The receptionist should have or could have asked me if I wanted to wait for a car wash, or knowing that I was picking it up that day they could have done it. I was in around 3 pm (not 9 am) so they had lots of time to get it ready. It is all about communication.
