Disappointed with how long it takes to check-in and check-ou The dealership had my car for 1 week for a 1 day repair as I was traveling and left it with them while I was gone. I emailed them 1 day before I was picking the car up and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the car. When I got there, they said they were bringing my car around for me. I stood outside waiting for my car for over 15 min and the car did not come around. I went back into reception to see what was going on. They said they were just about to wash my car before they brought it around. I said I did not want to wait and to just give me back the car. It was nice for them to want to wash the car before they returned it, but it should be done before I get there. They knew I was coming in that day to pick it up because I confirmed with them by email when I was picking it up. At minimum they should have communicated to me that they were washing y car and it would take approx. 30 min and give me the choice if I wanted to wait or take it back without a wash. Communication is all they needed to do (and be more organized). More
first service appointment for my 340 Brought my 340 in for its first oil, lube and filter. I was greeted by Alex Hoch, my service advisor. Alex was very courteous and professional. He was very cognizant of the fact that I was waiting for my car and that I had to leave by a certain time. He gave me an estimated time for the service to be done. I was pleasantly surprised when he came to tell me that my car was washed and ready for pick up ten minutes earlier than expected. Very impressed with Alex! More

They don't care whether you deal with them or not My vehicle is only 3 years old, just over 30000km on it, but needs new brakes because of corrosion. I was told that it was basically my fault for not My vehicle is only 3 years old, just over 30000km on it, but needs new brakes because of corrosion. I was told that it was basically my fault for not driving it enough. When I bring the car in for scheduled maintenance they don't check the brakes. They keep the car all day to do scheduled maintenance but do the bare minimum. I have had bad experience with them before with another vehicle. They had the car all day, then called me at 5:30pm to tell me that they are not finished. Did not provide a loaner, instead told me I had 30 min to get to Enterprise before they closed for the day to get a loaner and charged me $35/day. When you question management about this they don't have anything to say. BMW Canada has no control over individual dealers. So they basically can do what they want, which is ripping people off. A new brake job will cost me almost twice as much as what other reputable auto shops will charge. Budd's has let me down too many times now. I will not come here again. More

John is professional, pol Excellent experience start to finish. A real person answered the phone and connected me to the service advisor, John Parker. John is professional, polite and knowledgeable. He outlined the maintenance process in detail, and his shop was actually able to perform all requested work a day ahead of schedule. He even called to advise me to pick up bike earlier as he was keeping an eye on incoming rainy weather. The bike was clean and all work was done to my satisfaction. John's new tire recommendation was excellent. Although Budd's is about 50 km from where I live, it was worth the trip, I would do it again. More

Poor Service 1/2 hour of arriving at the dealership for a 10:10am appt. I was met by Alex who said he had been on the phone. After walking me through the service appointment I took the shuttle home. I phoned later in the day to check on the status of my vehicle and was told that Alex was at lunch and would get back to me . Having not received a return call I phoned again and spoke to Alex. I asked why it was taking over 4 hours for the service to be completed. He indicated that the stated completion time on the paperwork was 3:00pm.He explained that if I had waited at the dealership the service would have been completed in 2 hours but because I took a shuttle my service was placed lower on the priority list. I asked why I was not informed of this when he met with me that morning and he said that I was visibly upset and didn't give him the time to explain. More
