Very attentive service staff I have a preowned i3 electric car. All the service work was done under warantee, and I was given the use of a loaner car since it takes a while to go I have a preowned i3 electric car. Disappointed with how long it takes to check-in and check-ou The dealership had my car for 1 week for a 1 day repair as I was traveling and left it with them while I was gone. I emailed them 1 day before I was The dealership had my car for 1 week for a 1 day repair as I was traveling and left it with them while I was gone. I emailed them 1 day before I was picking the car up and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the car. When I got there, they said they were bringing my car around for me. I stood outside waiting for my car for over 15 min and the car did not come around. I went back into reception to see what was going on. They said they were just about to wash my car before they brought it around. I said I did not want to wait and to just give me back the car. It was nice for them to want to wash the car before they returned it, but it should be done before I get there. They knew I was coming in that day to pick it up because I confirmed with them by email when I was picking it up. At minimum they should have communicated to me that they were washing y car and it would take approx. 30 min and give me the choice if I wanted to wait or take it back without a wash. Communication is all they needed to do (and be more organized). More

Following a quick diagnostic I was advised not to drive my car until they did more thorough testing. Alex was very helpful in explaining what the possible problems were, booked me for repair Monday. Alex was excellent in all our dealings. He stayed on top of the issue and kept me apprised of what was going on. ETA of repair completion etc. When it turned out that I had to leave my car overnight, Alex was quick to arrange a rental for me. I haven't been that impressed by Budd's service in the past but Alex changed that with this most recent repair issue. The More

He was very cognizant of the fact that I was waiting for my car and that I had to leave by a certain time. He gave me an estimated time for the service to be done. He outlined the maintenance process in detail, and his shop was actually able to perform all requested work a day ahead of schedule. He even called to advise me to pick up bike earlier as he was keeping an eye on incoming rainy weather. The bike was clean and all work was done to my satisfaction. John's new tire recommendation was excellent. Although Budd's is about 50 km from where I live, it was worth the trip, I would do it again. More
