confusion , lack of parts , still no digital service record I had all service performed in the past at budds oakville ( 5 vehicles) without issue or concern. We got into a dispute with a manager, he updated our lease agreement with wear&tear plus tints, in the process messing up our lease terms. The day we came to pickup the car we had to haggle to undo the managers mistake. We drove off the lot and back to Toronto only to realize our brakes were warped and had to be brought into BMW to get fixed. Not the sweet, happy day we were hoping for. More

Upon arrival I was not able to receive service as vehicle was not within with specified km range. As a result, I was only able to have an alignment checked, it was a total lack of communication at time of booking. Continual issues. At another appointment for diesel top up, the diesel fluid was neglected and I received a warning a day later that the car would not start if turned off (it was discovered that fluid was not put in as it was stated in my receipt). Very frustrated every time car goes in for service. More

I needed a rental for the day and Budd's agreed to have one waiting for me. When I arrived, the car they had hoped to give me was not available, so I was offered a replacement instead. It was not a car I would normally have chosen, but Budd's offered it to me free of charge. You can't beat that! I came away very happy with the service. More

Kyle ,my salesman was excellent at making my transition from plain old car to all the new features available easier-this included a followup just to make sure I was mastering the newest attributes of my car ie. the navigation system.He even made a house call for my convenience. I love the drive which is tight and peppy. The easy trunk opening and the visibility thru the back window, the comfort of the seats and the heated steering wheel are just a few of my favourite things. I must also mention the colour-a mossy green with walnut dash and chocolate leather seats-perfect!
