Response was immediate and phone call back came within a few hours from a sales associate. We ended up connecting with sales associate Kylie Walker and arranged to see and test drive the vehicle. She was very professional and quite knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle. When we came back a few days later the negotiation process was professionally executed and drama free, no nickel and dimming etc. Met the sales manager at the conclusion (Bill Murtland I believe) and were then shepherded to Leslie, financial manager who offered extended warranty packages. No hard sell, in a dimly lit room etc. Picked up the vehicle a few days later and it was spotless and shiny, even met the detail guy who gave me tips on removing tree sap. Kylie had all of the documents organized and ready, license etc. She then spent almost an hour reviewing all the features and mesmerizing array of electronics. We are retired and have purchased quite a few new and used cars over the years and this was one of the best vehicle buying experiences. More

Budds' BMW sales and service team are tops I have been driving our family's fourth car from Budd's. I love the new X1 and it is on par with my past excellent experience with BMW's including a 7 I have been driving our family's fourth car from Budd's. I love the new X1 and it is on par with my past excellent experience with BMW's including a 750 Li; 750; and, 3x. This time I dealt with a new team including the salesman Kyle Datzkiw - he was tops: professional, straight forward in his dealings and worked hard to be sure the sales experience was positive. Similarly the business manager was excellent too. Finally, while this car is too new for service yet my experience with Ciro and Decio in the Hamilton service department of Budds has always been A+ , Sincerely, Bob Munroe More

Service went above and beyond My 7 year old car was no longer under warranty. The check engine light kept coming on and service had trouble diagnosing why. they replaced the computer - ordered from Germany, replaced various parts. It was in for an extended period of time. They finally figured out the problem. Ciro was outstanding and contacted the head office and they agreed to pay almost all of the cost (only about 10% I had to pay). They provided a brand new X5 to drive while sorting out the problem. They went above and beyond what you would expect from any dealership and car company. More
