Our Sante Fe broke down on the way to Montreal near Cardinal Ontario on a Friday afternoon - we live in Dundas- looked at taking it back to the dealership in Hamilton where we bought it - sure bring it Cardinal Ontario on a Friday afternoon - we live in Dundas- looked at taking it back to the dealership in Hamilton where we bought it - sure bring it in they said - we’ll do a $140 diagnostic on and let you know - so I called the dealership in Kingston- well we can look at in a week or 2 they said - why don’t you call Brockville it’s closer … well boy am I glad they suggested that - “ bring it in we’ll look at it right away” - and they did - ordered the parts right away ( turned out to be warranty work ) and kept us in the loop all the time -I took the train to pick it up - they met me at the station- gave me a ride - no extra charges for any work - took me 5 minutes to sign the paperwork and I was on my way and I received a follow up phone call to make sure I made it home ok !! I was sooooo impressed- special shout out to Alex - this dealership was a complete pleasure to deal with and I would highly recommend it!! More

This dealership is absolutely amazing, the staff are outstanding at their job. They treat you as a friend instead of just another customer, they are so welcoming and make you feel so confident in purcha outstanding at their job. I would like to comment about the service I received after the purchase of my 2022 IONIQ 5 Electric Vehicle from Brockville Hyundai. Initially, it started well after I reserved my vehicle online. Within after the purchase of my 2022 IONIQ 5 Electric Vehicle from Brockville Hyundai. Initially, it started well after I reserved my vehicle online. Within 24 hours I received an email back to verify my order to ensure that no errors regarding the model and color I wanted were made. I was told that the projected delivery date would be some time around June of 2022. Within weeks I was informed by Hyundai Canada that my vehicle had arrived in Canada at the port of Vancouver. I never received an email from the salesperson at the dealership to pass along this crucial piece of information to me, I had to email him to ask about the progress of my vehicle and to obtain further details about my purchase. The salesperson put much unjustified pressure on me to come to the dealership to discuss financing and the trade-in value of my vehicle in the week prior to the pick-up date, disregarding that it would be a 2 hour (180 km) round trip for me to make. This could have been done online considering I had already completed the financing using the online form and the trade-in value of my old vehicle could have been made on the day I came to pick up my vehicle. I was a very low financing risk and it was discussed over the phone the next day to confirm all the details. Sadly, this was the least annoying part of the service that was yet to come. On the day that was scheduled by the dealership to pick up my INOIQ 5, I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment; the salesperson came out with the financial adviser and informed me that the vehicle was not ready. They had been aware of the scheduled appointment for almost a week yet from the time it was delivered it had not moved at all. It was never parked in the garage to ensure it was at a comfortable temperature to facilitate cleaning and delivery preparation. In fact, they had to dig it out of a snow bank at the back of the lot. I found myself receiving a vehicle they had to rush to vacuum and wash, it had a very low charge and all the tires lacked almost 10 PSI. They even fully intended to apply a ceramic coating to the cold, poorly washed vehicle before I told them not to bother. I observed that the lack of a full charge was because the charging station was occupied by the IONIQ 5 that belonged to the salesperson I purchased mine from. I felt that this clearly showed the salesperson’s priorities, himself first, the client second. After I had signed all the paperwork I had to wait again because the paperwork hadn't been prepared in advance. In order to charge my new vehicle enough to make it home I had to follow the salesperson to a fast charging station in town. While waiting for the battery to charge we took the opportunity to walk around the vehicle and the salesperson explained to me the different functions of the vehicle (infotainment, safety options, etc.) , they left me there and went back to the dealership. Once charged I had to drive it back to the dealership to pick up my ownership papers, which were not ready when we left to charge. They did offer to mail them to me but I did not feel comfortable with that. They even tried to use the excuse that it snowed on Monday to justify their actions, even though they did nothing the other days as well. I would have expected, at the very least, that the vehicle would be washed, cleaned, waxed and the battery charged when I arrived to pick it up. What should’ve been a very happy day turned out to be an extremely stressful one. More
I am on my second Hyundia Tucson. First one I had for 11 years. No issues.bought new one in 2018. Absolutely love it.
