We had a great sales experience but the after sales needs some major upgrading. The service manager has "No people skills whatsoever". We first visited Brockville Hyundai in February to upgrade our vehicle before a family road trip. Due to industry shortages they didn't have anything new in stock for us at the time, but were willing upgrade our vehicle before a family road trip.
