Our Hyundai Santa Fe, which we love, suddenly lost power at the Brockville ramp on the 401. Long story short, CAA towing took us to Brockville Hyundai close to closing time. The general manager, Jason Cook was an angel as ushered us in from the cold, offered us a loaner car to get on our way quickly and said that they would diagnose the problem as soon as possible, but for us to just keep the car and not worry. The issue was addressed by them and covered by Hyundai thanks to Jason and his team! We could tell they were actually putting themselves in our proverbial shoes!
