I leased a car here and when the lease was terminated I decided to buy out the car. I asked them to sell me the car based on what is on the lease contract and they accepted but they added one more thing. T decided to buy out the car. I asked them to sell me the car based on what is on the lease contract and they accepted but they added one more thing. They said we need to do inspection on the car to find out it is safe and sound. I said ok do it. Then they said I have to pay 399 $ + tax to compete inspection. I said I am buyer and you are seller so you have to do inspection to sell the safe car but they denied. I told the guy I am buyer and you are seller. The guy said"I am sale manager" . Can you imagine that? I said I am talking contractually. Finally after two days negotiation they said if you sign a waiver we sell the car without inspection. As I needed the car I signed that but I know it is still their responsibility to sell the safe car. These guys don't now anything about legal warranty. That waiver is nothing. I will escalate the issue that they charge people for inspection. More
