I share this purely because this was one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Often, this is an emotional thing to do. Consumer feel that we "win" when we get a deal. While I did feel as though I received a very good product for the negotiated price, it was really the incredible candor, professionalism, genuine approach and to-the-point comfortable discussion that was the difference maker. I've purchased 20 cars of various makes and models. The experiences are varied, but often similar in cadence and approach. What Valentino Almeida did was break the mould of my past. I would NOT HESITATE to suggest you speak to this gentleman with any of your BMW needs. Even if you are not purchasing a vehicle, I suspect you will find him to be a man of upstanding character and a tremendous customer facing brand ambassador for Brian Jessell. All too often, the public is wary of sales individuals or product consultants. This fear comes down to angst in the process and an incentivized approach by the representative. You will not find this at Brian Jessell and particularly not with Valentino. Responsive, kind and clearly committed to making the experience count for you while also articulating clearly what he can and cannot do relative to making it happen for you. To Val, Colin and Neeraj - From start you finish, you all illustrated why purchasing a luxury brand vehicle comes with luxury service. Consummate professionals, all of you. Upon departing, Val presented me with a BMW gift box and Neeraj handed me his card stating - anything you need, just call!
