I was brought in after speaking with the manager about a miscommunication, and he was more than happy to correct any wrongdoing on part of the service center, I left a happy customer. The service itself was fast and precise. If you're in the area and value good customer to seller interaction, you will not be disappointed by bringing your vehicle here. More
Dishonest, unaccountable - antagonistic on the telephone When my vehicle had full warranty, I noticed a drip. I informed Brian Cullen Motors' 'service department' and had been told that my car was fine and that 'all fluids' and visual inspection occurred during every maintenance visit. Fast forward to when the warranty is gone...a Brian Cullen Motors service person, Mike Forgione (Service Manager) and Jeff Hewitt clearly conveyed that all 'THERE IS NO INSPECTION OF ALL FLUIDS' DURING SERVICE MAINTENANCE'. Brian Cullen gave me an $1100 price quote to fix a problem that I was told never existed and the hood on the vehicle was not even open. When I informed Brian Cullen Motors Mike 'Forgione about the history and events...deny...deny..."there is nothing in the computer" - he then attempted to ask me the customer to diagnose the vehicle. During this time Brian Cullen also seized the opportunity to say that a hose was responsible for the leaks, and they charged and additional $80 above their price quote in their computer 'TO STOP THE LEAK'. They would not show me the old hose, the car still leaks. At that time I was told that all my fluids were good and the service person stated that, "I would put my family in that vehicle". Three weeks later I brought the vehicle back because there were still leaks. The technician stated to Mike Forgione and myself that he has never seen a car that dry. Forgione stated that he was going to make things right. Lying Mike Forgione stopped correspondence and he refused to put things in writing or correspond with email. Jeff Hewitt, then began to send promotional emails and asked me to contact him. He was initially nice, he was reading emails which I had sent to Mike Forgione, he asked me to re-explain events, and then became rude, bold and accusing. He told me that he would not be willing to put his comments in writing. He said, "I don't play the email game". He told me that, "you can take your vehicle to another dealership if you want". He then stated that he would give me $500 off of a 'NEW' vehicle if I bought one before December 31, because of my GM Visa points that Brian Cullen Motors had cashed in even though I did not buy the vehicle. Today, I received a call from GM (calling on behalf of Jeff Hewitt), telling me that the offer from Jeff Hewitt was rescinded. I inquired as to what offer, and I was told that Jeff Hewitt offered to fix my vehicle for $1100 dollars - the same price was not acceptable and he would not address my last service when I had been told that my vehicle was fine. Any negative stereotypes about seedy, sleazy and corrupt auto sales and maintenance applies to Brian Cullen Motors, Mike Forgione (Service Manger) and Jeff Hewitt. I received an email from Brian Cullen Motors to celebrate the anniversary of my vehicle. The day I spoke with Jeff Hewitt, 4 new 'five star' ratings appeared on the Brian Cullen Motors facebook page - posted by staff and dealership associates. FIND ANOTHER DEALERSHIP. More
Phenomenal Work! purchased a used 2014 Impala a week ago. The car came in near perfect condition, I was offered a price far below market standard for this vehicle. Jo purchased a used 2014 Impala a week ago. The car came in near perfect condition, I was offered a price far below market standard for this vehicle. John Gatt is a tremendous help, bending over backwards to meet every request I had. he bared with me for 3 months while I test drove a multitude of vehicles to find exactly what I wanted. The financer Barb Kanyo was top notch, super excited that I was purchasing a vehicle that I was excited about. financing came in at the payment rate I wanted for the term I wanted at a lower interest rate than I expected. everybody was so happy to help me along the process of purchasing a vehicle! Worst Dealership Ever! Bought what we were told was a brand new 2016 Chevy Traverse. Was a hospice prize so had 3417km on it, winner took money instead. Salesman Warren Jon Bought what we were told was a brand new 2016 Chevy Traverse. Was a hospice prize so had 3417km on it, winner took money instead. Salesman Warren Jones would not give us a demo price because demos had to have 3500km!!! Bumper had a dent and paint chipped, was promised it would be repaired. Also inside was scratched and marked up and some parts needed to be replaced. Was told they would be ordered. They kept our SUV for 5 days gave us a used car with over 190,000km on it that smelled like something died in it and did no work on it! We demanded our SUV back until the parts came in. Kept waiting, at 6000km took the SUV to our local dealership for its first service to find out there is a total of $1980.00 worth of damage underneath the SUV. The air lines are damaged and have been zip tied together!!!! Including all damage on the SUV there is $2950.00 worth of damage!!! By law this should have been reported before they could even sell the SUV!!! They asked for the SUV back to inspect it, once again a used small car. They had it for another 3 days and accused me of damaging the SUV and putting the zip tie on my self! (I am a single lady that lives with my single 73 year old mother) I told them I wanted a buy back because this was a damaged SUV they told me to pick up my SUV asap or they would charge me for the rental. I had to sign that I was refusing them to fix my SUV when I never wanted them to keep it in the first place!!!! I will be contacting my lawyer!!! More
