Very pleased customer I'll start off by saying we bought 2013 Kia Rio in 2013. Love the car, very reliable and great on gas. The salesman, Grant that sold us the car at the time was very friendly and helpful. As a returning customer we went to visit the used car lot in 2016 looking for a car for our son. We settled on a 2014 Dodge Dart off the lot. Again the sales team were very friendly and helpful. Six weeks after buying the car there was a repair that needed to be done to the car that was not a warranty repair. I took the car in expecting to have to persuade the service department to help with the repair. Not only did I not have to persuade them to help with the cost but Mark the service manager was very friendly and agreed to pay full cost of the repair. Now that's honesty, something that is unheard of now a days. So not only was I pleased with buying 2 cars from Kia but now I'm very pleased with their friendly honest service department. Definitely recommend !! More

Extremely helpful people Pat et al. were and are more than willing to help you do what you need to do, even if it does involve bending over backwards. They helped us sell our Pat et al. were and are more than willing to help you do what you need to do, even if it does involve bending over backwards. They helped us sell our old vehicle and find and buy a new one. While the former proved to be quite a tricky and lengthy process given various circumstances, they helped us out 'till the very end. That, and all of the staff are exceptionally friendly, professional and honest.
