The power window stopped working about two weeks after the purchase. I took it back to them (expecting to have to argue) and they just smiled and said "no problem, we will look after it". The service department got me a ride to work, and they took care of everything. I really appreciated it -- they stand behind what they sell. More

They only love you when you're purchasing! We wanted to sell the vehicle back to the dealer once it was paid off as we had 3 vehicles in the household and only required 2. The vehicle was 5 yea We wanted to sell the vehicle back to the dealer once it was paid off as we had 3 vehicles in the household and only required 2. The vehicle was 5 years old with 65k on it and was immaculately maintained both inside and outside. They virtually laughed and threw out a low ball offer which was actually insulting at best. I told them they could keep their offer and proceeded to sell the vehicle privately. It sold in a matter of a few days for almost 100% more than what the dealers offer was. This dealership is only interested in their clients when you're purchasing a vehicle. As a result of this I would NEVER recommend purchasing from here - it's worth the drive pretty much anywhere else! More
Service department staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Brought my soul in because windows where fogging up, within minutes they had the problem solved and I was back staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Also if i don't want to wait the friendly drivers give me a lift home and pick me up. Bud was my salesman when i bought my soul in 2015. Great car great service. More

Terrible customer service from management I scheduled an appointment to see agar on Saturday morning at the dealership, drove about 100km got there and they said car was sold. This seems like a lie to me as the vehicle was probably already sold the day before and there was no communication between the employees. The apparant owner of the dealership was extremely rude to us. Never go back to this dealership again and won't refer to anyone. More
Rust on less than 3 year old car I purchased my Kia Rio July 2014 at the Brantford dealership which now has rust on the roof near the windshield. I first went to the Kia dealership in kitchener where I am now living and they said it's stone chip damage, although there is one spot where it looks like it's rusting under the paint; they said it's best to contact the dealership where I bought my car. I contacted them to speak with Pat who was away on vacation a couple of months ago and never heard back from anyone. Today, I contact them, and Pat hands over my message to Mark in the service department. I can't even begin to explain just how rude he was to me; and this wasn't even the person I asked to speak with in the first place! My family have been dealing with them for the past several years and Mark goes on to say I'm not a customer.... because I haven't brought my car to HIS shop since I bought it. That is completely irrelevant and I plan to write a formal complaint about the treatment today. Mark, that is not how you treat someone who has bought a car at the dealership you work at. It's completely inappropriate and should not be tolerated. I have rust starting on a less than three year old car; my ten year old Chevrolet didn't have any rust on it! They also didn't even bother to tell me about the option of the clear stickers that could've been applied to the surface on the spots most vulnerable for stone chip damage. ZERO stars for satisfaction! More
Worst service department on the planet Vehicle dropped off at appointment time. Asked for service at mileage in owner's manual, was given service by their own KIA for Dummies schedule. Told me they couldn't complete it because they didn't have a fuel filter in stock. Found out later there is no replaceable fuel filter in the vehicle. Service was always poor, huge turnover of mechanics and service advisors. Owner treated constructive complaints like personal insults. More
