Brantford is the Best I actually called 6 different Kia dealerships and the Brantford Kia (specifically Patrick Hart) was the most professional, quickest, accurate, no hass I actually called 6 different Kia dealerships and the Brantford Kia (specifically Patrick Hart) was the most professional, quickest, accurate, no hassle, and the best price (because prices are negotiable within reason). The other dealerships were willing to help, but Brantford Kia went the extra mile (or should I say the extra kilometre). All our friends and family have been very impressed by my stories of top notch service from this particular dealership and almost can't believe that anyone would rave about a dealership. But buying a car, while exciting, is also stressful, and it was such a relief to feel we had a Brantford team working with us, and not against us. I wholly recommend them. More

In 2012 I was in need of a new vehicle and decid A family that I am close friends with have been recommending Kia vehicles for a number of years. In 2012 I was in need of a new vehicle and decided to test drive a few Kia's... I was introduced to Patrick Hart, the Dealer Principle at Brantford Kia and after test driving a 2012 Kia Sorento EX, I sat down with Pat to hammer out a deal. I have never in all my years of buying vehicles been so refreshed and impressed at the same time. The professionalism with which I was dealt, the 'no hassle, no haggle' approach - not once was I made to feel like I was being 'sold' on something I didn't want or need. Pat was consultative, respectful and gained my trust over the course of the time we dealt together. A few short months later, my grandfather's 20 year old vehicle 'bit the dust' so to speak and he called me, "I said if I ever had to buy another vehicle - I'd like to look at one like yours". Off to Brantford Kia we went to talk to Pat. The care, concern and respect he showed my Grandfather was again refreshing and an affirmation that I had again made the right decision to buy from Brantford Kia. Pat made some suggestions about vehicles and my Grandfather landed on the decision to buy a 2012 Sportage - a little smaller than the Sorento and suited my Grandfather's needs perfectly. Over 2 years later, we are both happy customers! We both are conscientious about taking care of our vehicles and find the service folks in the service department genuinely care about us as customers - they know us by name and always greet us warmly. I recently wanted to move into something smaller and a bit sportier - while getting a ride from one of the Courtesy Shuttle drivers on a service call, we got to talking and he had said a relative of his recently bought an Optima and was impressed with the look, the drive but was blown away by the gas mileage! He mentioned they took a couple trades that were on the lot that I might want to drive and check out. I did so - Pat hooked me up with Grant, a newer salesperson that I automatically clicked with. In dealing with him, it was apparent to me that Pat ether did a great job hiring this chap or a fantastic job training him - or perhaps both. Grant has a huge personality and a great sense of humour but did not miss on treating me with care, concern, listened to my needs and was honest in his approach. Again - I was refreshed and affirmed I was dealing with the right place! When dealing with the financing end of things - I dealt with Garth who was filling in for the business manager I assume while they were on holidays. Garth knew his stuff, was quick, efficient and respectful - a great guy to deal with. I am thrilled with my new Optima - best vehicle I've owned! Anna in the service department has been great to deal with on regular service visits. Jeannie who typically answers the phone when I call to book an appointment is always happy, has a smile in her voice when you call and a pleasure to deal with. I can't say enough about Brantford Kia and its people. The product is great and the warranty fantastic. I find its the care and and people that genuinely set this dealership apart from any I have ever dealt with. A HIGH recommendation to anyone!!! More

I will never buy another Kia, and I will never recommend this dealership to my family or friends. More
