Can't believe you do not even open on Saturday's and only have one late night during the week. I thought lunchtime could be an option, but was told the techs take their lunch between 12pm and 1pm. Have heard nothing but bad things about this dealership, but was going to give you the benefit of the doubt and get an oil change done on my Chrysler. I won't bother now as you really do not cater to people who work. I have not heard of any other service at a dealership that is closed on Saturday's!! More

The main issue is that 3 months after buying this vehicle they tell me I need to replace the tires already. Are you kidding me? At this point I had barely driven more then 2000 kms so how can you tell me my tires are worn? The tires were clearly ready to be replaced upon purchasing the vehicle so why were they not replaced prior to me spending $17,000 on this xxx? On top of this now I have more and more issues arrising costing me a ton of money. I believe I was completely ripped off and regret not researching further before going ahead and buying from you people. I will NEVER be returning to your dealership nor ever recommending anyone to go there either. Thanks for this uneccessary headache. More

Got a call from them offering a free oil change and got charged $129.00 with my vehicle held hostage unless I paid Also was told my brakes were in need of service and my warranty would be void if I didn't pay. Second opinion elsewhere proved nothing wrong with my brakes. Salesmans lie terrible there but service manager is absolutely brutal. My only recommendation is to never ever consider them at all. Huge mistake if you do. More

Unfortunately, I discarded the letter but in making the appointment confirmed with the service advisor that they would honour the half price offer. Waited an hour for my oil to be changed. Tried to charge me full price. Battle ensued. Got the discount. Dealership is a JOKE. More

We bought are 2011 Charger at a different dealersh The only reason I gave Brantford Chrysler one star is because this site wont let me give them zero. We bought are 2011 Charger at a different dealership and started bringing it to Brantford Chrysler out of convenience. The service always seemed sub par, my wife had to spend 2 hours waiting to get an oil change WITH AN APPOINTMENT! Then early this August when the car was in for an oil change my wife opted for a inspection on the car to be done at the same time. When my wife went to pick up the car the service advicer said the car needed sway bar bushings, and that the front brake pads were worn out and that the car needed brake rotors. After my wife called me in a panic I told her I would have a look at the car and if necessary we would get a second opinion. I checked the bushings and had no conserns. The brake are nearing the end of their life but replacement was not imminent. We continued to use are Charger and it was taken on a trip to Windor and to Montreal as well as are primary family car. Today my wife took the car in for an oil change to be completed while she was at work, really the only reason we even started to go to Brantford Chrysler in the first place, and declined to have the some inspection done when it was offered (what would be the point). My wife signed the work order and got the courtesy shuttle to work. Later my wife got a call from the dealer, they had done the inspection dispite the fact that my wife had said not too, and had put the inspection on the work order before my wife signed it. On top of the exaggerated need for bushing and brakes from the previous inspection they had add that all 20 wheel nuts needed to be replaced. The service advicer claimed that the wheel nuts, ALL 20, had swollen iand could not be reinstalled on the car. These were fine in August and in 1 and 1/2 month of summer driving this man thought my wife was so stupid that we were going to pay $300 dollars plus for wheel nut. How would all the wheel nuts, some that have been replaced on the car before foail all at the same time. I thold them to put the wheels back on the car and to give use any wheel nuts that could not be used. When my wife got back to the dealership the car was not ready they still figured they could try to scam a woman and my wife had to make a scene to get to wheels put back on the car. No bad wheel nuts were given to my wife, ZERO. All 20 wheel nuts on the car take a wheel wreanch or socket with no issues. We were bold face lied to and for what? I will never spent another cent in Brantford Chrysler NEVER AGAIN! More
Poor Customer Service!! I really wish I did not buy a car from this dealer. I had excellent customer service the first 2 minutes when I walked in the door from a gentleman I I really wish I did not buy a car from this dealer. I had excellent customer service the first 2 minutes when I walked in the door from a gentleman I never saw again, it was downhill from there. No one seemed to care if I bought a car from there or not. Calls were not returned. A warranty that I was never asked if I wanted was added to my bill along with a charge for something my car did not have, this was a $520 "error". When I questioned it and asked why I was not asked if I wanted it, I was made to feel as though it was my fault for not noticing it before I signed the paperwork. No apologies. The whole process was stressful and annoying. Like I said, no one seemed to care if I bought the car or not and I really wish I went somewhere else. I also stood in the service department for 15 minutes while 4 people walked back and forth in front of me and not one person asked if I needed help or even acknowledge me. Awesome service! NOT! Will be telling all my friends and family not to deal with this dealer. More
doesnt honor warranty bought my 2010 jeep from Brantford Chrysler with extended warranty. this year my vehicle wasn't heating up and my temperature gauge wouldn't go past bought my 2010 jeep from Brantford Chrysler with extended warranty. this year my vehicle wasn't heating up and my temperature gauge wouldn't go past 1/4 of the way. I took it out to the dealership to be repaired and the service manager Kevin Loobozoo called me at home and told me to come get my car and stated that there wasn't a problem that the temperature gauge should only be at a 1/4 of the way, When I told him that this isnt correct and that the temperature gauge has always sat at 1/2 way just like all vehicles he got snotty and replied what do you want me to do about it, come get your car. I read other reviews online ( which I wish I had done before purchasing the vehicle) and this seems to be a common practice for this dealership. The reviews for Mike Yarek Chrysler in Paris were good so I thought I would give them a call, even though I didn't buy the jeep there they fixed the problem ( thermostat was replaced) and they were very friendly. from now on I will only deal with the Paris dealership, I suggest you do the same.
