Never had an issue with brantford chrysler. very helpful Went in to buy a new vehicle, bought from Ryan McGuckin. Very helpful, knew his product and answered my questions i had. I have been dealing with this dealership for quite some time purchased a 2010 caravan brand new and have had nothing put problems with it. The service manager told me I was crazy and yelled at me and had me in tears. I have tried with no success to contact the owner of this dealership. I would not recommend them at all and have made complains with Chrysler Canada. If your looking to buy a vehicle that they won't service then this is the place for you. Keep away from this dealership they have no people skills what so ever and will not help you in anyway shape or form. Shame on you brantford crysler I bought local and will never purschase local again you have put a very bad taste in my mouth STAY AWAY More

Took my vehicle in for repair. When I went to pick it up the fender and fog light on the passenger side was just dangling. Not impressed at all. Also, when I got home I noticed that they didn't not even com the fender and fog light on the passenger side was just dangling. Not impressed at all. Also, when I got home I noticed that they didn't not even complete all the service needed for my vehicle to be safe on the road. I will NEVER go back. IF YOU NEED WORK DONE, GO TO THE DEALERSHIP IN PARIS. More

took my van in for warranty work on the body in April, was told I would hear back from them as soon as work was approved by Chrysler, end of July, I called 3 times just to be told "I'm too busy in the sho was told I would hear back from them as soon as work was approved by Chrysler, end of July, I called 3 times just to be told "I'm too busy in the shop to deal with warranty stuff, I'll get back to you. I spoke to another dealership who said this was not normal, and it should not take that long for an answer. Called dealership back, let them know I was not happy with the service, the lack of response, and being "put off" for a couple of months. Very bad business, will never go back. Took the van to Mike Yarek's in Paris, he took photo's, told me it was covered, gave me the card for his contractor who does the work, and it was booked in immediatley. What's the problem Brantford???? Highly recommend you take the 10 minute drive to Paris!! Great service!! More
