Deals Walked into the dealership and was helped out right away. The staff was proffesional and kind. A long forgotten art by many other dealerships in town. I ended up purchasing a used Ford F150 and it is a fantastic truck. I was inside in minutes and was out for a test drive seconds later. My first oil change was free, the truck was detailed, and full of gas when took ownership. I couldn't imagine my experience at Brantford Chrysler being any easier. I dealt with Ryan Mcguckin and would do so again in the future. Cheers! More

Best salesman there great guy to get along with and the #1 go to guy trust me he will sell you something!! Even if I'm not buying a new vehicle I will go in just to talk to Ryan about what's new on the lots and whats coming out for the years to come! All I need to say is he is the greatest salesman at Brantford Chrysler!! More
diagnosed shifter cable took my car into replace the shifter cable that was diagnosed already, went to pick up my car the receptionist with no personality gladly took my 600$ took my car into replace the shifter cable that was diagnosed already, went to pick up my car the receptionist with no personality gladly took my 600$ and didn't even thank us, got in the car and it took my wife 2 hands to shift it. went in to ask why and they wanted more money to diagnose it again, REALLY, came home because I was too hot to talk there, calmly called DAVE the service manger and we were having a discussion when he abruptly cut me off and started talking to someone else. I will never do business with these people again and would not recommend them Garbage service More
Above and beyond in customer service I was strapped for time but had an idea in what I wanted for a brand new car. Ryan McGuckin contacted me near minutes after reaching out about a new car. He managed to get me into the dealership/test drive/provide numbers (cost of car AND insurance AND an idea in maintainence cost)/provided better options/and talk to me on a level I could understand! And soon after, I was a new car buyer. Ryan taunted me with pics of my new car the morning I went to pick it up. And he took the time to run over the entire car's gadgets and gizmos... So much for having to read the manual!!! Long story short, my first vehicle was a lemon. This is at no fault of the dealership or the salesman (many people are quick to assume and point fingers). Concerningly enough the problem was with the car manufacturer itself! If it wasn't for Ryan McGuckin and Brantford Dodge/Chrysler I would either be dead or financially broke! Ryan offered tremendous support while trying to rectify the issue, and provided me with as many options as he could. I am a customer of Brantford Dodge/Chrysler and will be for a long time. Ryan still checks in every few months just to make sure things are running smoothly, and I am still satisfied with my (2nd) new car! If thats not exceptional customer service, then you must not be human! Sometimes service can take a while for oil changes, tire changes etc. But in all honesty, I would rather the job get done right, then things get overlooked. The lovely ladies at the service desk are fantastic, and keep me informed with any updates concerning future visits, recalls etc. I drive a fair distance to have regular maintainence done to my car, so in the case when time is an issue, I plan ahead. The girls will schedule a curtosy car, ready on my arrival. As consumers we become very quick to point fingers at others for our own ill scheduling, plan ahead and talk to your service advisors! They aren't mind readers, but they do help make your life a little easier! I suppose everyone has their own experiences no matter where you go. My journey has endured a few hard bumps in the road, but what I can say is that you will not get better support for you, your family, and your vehicles needs at Brantford Dodge/Chrysler. Nor will you ever come in contact with a more honest and caring salesman as Ryan McGuckin. Book your appointment and get to know this exceptional team! More
Took money didnt fix the issue, made it worse AVOID!!!! The reviews are all true, they will screw you over so bad. David Bell, he is a real piece of work. Dont ask the manager Patrick to back you or assist because he will side with the employee. Its their job to save the dealership money and they do this buy ripping people off with warranty items. They took money on 3 occasions and when I fought the bill and refused to pay they took my card number from the previous transactions and billed it. I have a lawyer, dodge head office, and the BBB involved. I am going to fight them for what they have done to me and other people. They dont care about us, they just want the money. More

I expect the paint to peel off within a year. Absolutely an AMATEUR JOB. Can't believe a business would let this kind of workmanship leave Will never go back Will never recommend I will keep showing people the hack job they did on a simple repair. More

When I came in and went to check in the girl at the service desk had no record of my appointment. I felt she was very condensending , like they were doing me a favour taking my money! The service took 2 hours which she did say it would be 11/2 hours .then parked it out in the back parking lot . She gave me the bill and didn't say anything about my truck and when I ask a question about something she told me to make appointment or call u connect direct. Its a very competitive world out there so I wI'll be taking my service to another dealer. More
