worst manager in in service department My vehicle is there for transmission change under warranty though but because of warranty the customer service was at its worst service and their man My vehicle is there for transmission change under warranty though but because of warranty the customer service was at its worst service and their manager have no value for customers he wasn't helping me at all with anything.He was insulting and humiliating to me had to walk out and got into uber to get home and thus so far after 18 days i haven't heard a word from them about my vehicle if its ready or not or how long it will take.Made complaints to GM of the dealership he never called to discuss about the matter.Strongly recommend to go to other Nissan dealership than Brampton North Nissan they don't value their customer. More

Thank you Mr Florin I want to tell here that Mr Florin, the manager was very helpful when I went for my maintenance service at the dealer. There was an issue when the service clerks told me that there is no mechanic available to do a road test on my car, when I told that him(the 2nd service clerk) that the noise while driving is back and getting louder. I was given an appointment and yet when I showed on time I was told no mechanic is available. I was even told to make another appointment for that issue and I can't accept it,since the car is there and my main reason for making advance maintenance appointment was the noise from the car which means something is wrong. My car is only 21000 km and not suppose to be due until 24000 km, but I don't want the noise to get worst. When I disagree with that service clerk and I guess raise my voice too,to match his, Mr Florin came out of his office and declared he will do the road test with me,before the service will be done. So once again, thank you Mr Florin for your kind assistance, honestly I had never expected a manager to come to be this helpful to an unknown customer. I would like to suggest though to send your service clerks for seminar on how to deal with Customers. Customers pay your bills ! More

If you're looking for a CPO Rogue, look no further! We're received by Basem, who's very friendly and patient. My dad is indeed quite picky about all kinds of details, but Basem always answers all questions and responds to all requests very professionally. Plus Basem is such a funny man to deal with! We ended up spending hours in the dealership before we could finally make a decision, but Basem managed to make almost every minute full of laughter :) Really enjoy the experience we had there! More

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I was ignored, not welcomed, given attitude by Diane in front desk of Service. No welcome, no smile, ignored me after waiting in line to be helped and standing in front of her and once she did, rushed do finish with me and didn't help me with making an appointment nor offered me a solution to my questions and I kept trying to have questions answered as she un patiently answer my questions, as if I was bothering her, didn't provide me with an option to my issue. Diane radiates an attitude of NOT WELCOME!!! DON'T ASK ME ANYTHING! YOU"RE BOTHERING ME! WE ARE BUSY, GO AWAY!!! By far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!! More
