Our initial contact with this dealership was by phone with a less than pleasant sales agent, but we were buying a car not a sales person, That said we'd adopt Anil any day. Anil Mehta never keep us waiting, even during negotiations and he registered the car himself at the MOT on his lunchtime so to move things on time. He's a calm professional, not oily or pushey but genuinely interested in helping us find the car that fit us best. We tested several cars with him. He gave us the quiet time we needed to discover the vehicles. Never chatty in your ear, his demeaner made it a joy to work with. I would advise anyone buying a used car here to have it washed ahead of purchase. Ours we tested a bit dirty (with normal winter dirt and salt on the outside) but on delivery it had been washed and several deep scratches, dings, even a dent on the hood were only now, very visibly once washed. This car was not buffed out to clear those minor scratches and I guarantee that would have been a deal breaker, had I seen it before I had signed the dotted line. Also the passenger side wiper was ripped apart on both ends which was a cheap ($9 at my local dealer) hassle to replace and does not inspire confidence in their recently issued safety certificate. Otherwise, so far, in two days of ownership the SUV seems mechanically sound. More
