Upon arrival Oscar threw the proposal sheet along with my credit card on the table where I was sitting, saying he cannot match what I expect. I visited the place upon confirmation from assistant sales manager who said come and we will do our best if you will close the deal today. He was such an arrogant and rude guy who upon asking what is your counter just denied to even have a conversation. It seem I was called there to be embarrassed and get insulted. If he could not have honored the sales rep words, he could have just told it like a decent guy. Beware of Oscar he may call you and just insult, if in my control I would just fire him. More

His professionalism and understanding of our needs was met with a great deal of knowledge. He wasn't pushy. I just brought our car in for its 5000km oil change. I was given some "recommendations " by the service guy. One being my drive belt was cracked.What? I immediately went to Jason to get more info on this. He worked with me and spoke to Aaron in their service area. With Jason's great customer service, they replaced my drive belt and replaced clamp on the exhaust free of charge. Very accomodating I went to this place after seeing a Nissan Rogue posted on autotrader by Brampton north Nissan. I was met by Alessandra who asked me if I was seen to I went to this place after seeing a Nissan Rogue posted on autotrader by Brampton north Nissan. I was met by Alessandra who asked me if I was seen to yet after I waited for a while. She helped me a lot. The car I went to see wasn't exactly what I wanted and Alessandra didn't try to sell me anything else just because I was looking for a car. She simply took down my number and assured me she will get in touch with me once she finds something with the specifications I required. Over a couple of weeks she kept me updated but never pushed for anything. I finally found the car I wanted that was a little over my budget and again Alessandra helped me with the pricing and all. She was exceptionally professional and a total pleasure to deal with. I would recommend going to her to anyone who is interersted in looking for a car. Her biggest asset is that once she knows what you want she does not push you to get any other car just to make a deal or sell a car. She is awesome! More
