HORRIBLE I made an appointment for service on my vehicle @ 11:00 a.m. Arrived to find little to no parking in the service area. Went into the service office I made an appointment for service on my vehicle @ 11:00 a.m. Arrived to find little to no parking in the service area. Went into the service office and was told that it was a 2 hour wait, even though I had an appointment. Apparently 2 people called in sick (not my problem). They had my phone # when I made the appointment and should have had the decency to call and save me driving 45 minutes, wasting my time and gas. I asked for the Manager, but turns out he wasn't there - another guy that doesn't like working on Saturdays. People make appointments for a reason so things like this don't happen. I have never been to this dealership and I will never go back. The people that work there are rude and this is the poorest of business practice. More

Helpful! We bought our new RVR, and went in a couple times and dealt with Vick. He was great and offered outstanding customer service. He was very punctual, informative and easy to reach. We been to others dealer and his attitude and outlook was awesome. He wasn't pushy, he didn't expect you to buy the vehicle the day you walked in. I mean I been to dealerships and they don't expect you to buy and not browse. Very respectful! Mike was also very polite and worked closely to meet our needs during the purchase. I am very happy with the decision we made. I was happy we were able to deal with Vick as our salesperson. Jas More
My experience at Brampton Mitsubishi I brought my 2014 Outlander GT to get warranty work done. Long story short Paul (service manager ) took very good care of me. I have been coming to I brought my 2014 Outlander GT to get warranty work done. Long story short Paul (service manager ) took very good care of me. I have been coming to this dealership since 2009 and while getting my warranty work done I was looking at the 2017 Outlander GT. Long story short I ended up leaving the dealership with a 2017 Outlander. Mike P, Bobby, Sergio and Rahul were very accomodating to me and did an amazing job at getting me within my budget and making my experience at the dealership a very pleased one. This is why I keep coming back to them as this is now my 3rd Outlander I have purchased from the team at Brampton Mitsubishi. Upon picking up my vehicle a staff member was celebrating their bday and Mike P even brought my family and I cake. The staff here treats you very well and if you don't feel this way they go above and beyond. Thank you so much and hope to be doing business again in another 4 years! More

I've dealt with this location for years and never had a problem with service or sales until now. I purchased another new vehicle last year and paid in full it is still under warranty. However they refused to repair the damage that happened on their property they stated that "they are not responsible for vehicles that are on their property" my vehicle was picked up by Mitsubishi and I was never told that "should anything happen to my vehicle while in their care they hold no responsibility" Note: At no time was I informed of this and there were never any forms signed to that effect. Nor have I ever being provided a quote or a courtesy car I have been without a vehicle since last Monday when they received my vehicle at 6 p.m. and they continue to refuse to fix my vehicle that is still under 5 and 10 year warranty including electrical. They have ruined my experiences and I regret buying my vehicle from Mitsubishi Brampton because of their bad service. More
