Sales Driven Service - Stay Away STAY AWAY. The absolute worst maintenance department. Took my car in for an oil change on September 21, 2018 and received a call later that afternoon STAY AWAY. The absolute worst maintenance department. Took my car in for an oil change on September 21, 2018 and received a call later that afternoon saying that the new bosch wiper blades that I had bought two months ago needed to be replaced. I declined to change them. When I went to go pick up my car, the technicians had damaged my blades intentionally. This maintenance department cares more about squeezing every nickle and dime out of you than about customer service. I have never been able to get an oil change here without something extra being added on. Avoid this place at all costs. Very unprofessional. They will damage your car if you do not want their extra services. STAY AWAY. More

Horrible service Bought my car there in February the button to open the trunk broke sinked inside so when I seen it I came to the dealership right away than when I got Bought my car there in February the button to open the trunk broke sinked inside so when I seen it I came to the dealership right away than when I got there I took the broken piece to show them what happened they told me I have to make an appointment for someone to see it so I told the guy I’m here the car is 6 moths old should be on warranty so they said they will call Mitsubishi and ask them if the part is covered by warranty and they will give me a call so I took my car to Dixie Mitsubishi the guy there checked right away if the part was on warranty and checked my car no problem he told me to come next week will get it fixed so why couldn’t Brampton Mitsubishi do that for me they said they have to call what call at Dixie took the the guy 5 min he didn’t have to call no body just unbelievable I’m never going back to Brampton again. More

I was dreading having to go out shoppi I have given Brampton Mitsubishi and the sales staff a 5 star rating because my experience was second to none. I was dreading having to go out shopping for a new vehicle and having to deal with pushy salespeople and arrogant attitudes (read; we don't need your business lady). But everyone I dealt with at Brampton Mitsubishi was very friendly, eager to answer my questions and the general manager worked with me to put together a deal that made me extremely happy. I was actually able to go home and mull an offer over for 2 days because I didn't want to make an impulse decision and they were fine with that. I ended up purchasing the vehicle I fell in love with, in my budget. I am a stickler for details and they were very accommodating with making sure I was satisfied that all the details and warranties were spelled out clearly before signing the paperwork. Very Helpful! Bought a set of winter tires in December and experienced tires getting out of balance. Service guys worked on balancing the tires. Took it back to the dealership late January because the tires went off balance again. Paul paid great attention on what the problem is and found that the tire was defective.
