I walked in and never had i felt so comfortable in a completely new setting. Bobby and Rahul was so welcoming. Very knowledgeable definitely not pushy. I felt at ease with no pressure to buy. I loved the look of the Mitsubishi lancer. Took it for a test drive,in that moment I found the next love of my life Rahul explained all the amazing features. My adventures in car shopping ended. Inspite of the fact I live a very long way from Brampton. Scarborough to be exact. I was more than willing to buy from Brampton Mitsubishi. They treated me with respect. Since I was such a newbie, they took such great care in explaining every question I asked. Even at times to the averag person it may be deemed (dumb questions) I most definitely will recommend them a million times over. I bet my 2016 Mitsubishi lancer on that More

If you want to get scammed go to Mitsubishi I initially was financing a 2014 Mirage and was in a horrible car accident where the car was a right off. Last year I leased a 2015 Mirage because I liked the car itself. Firstly the salesperson was definitely not trained right as he told me some things and then when signing my papers everything was different. Their servicing department is a joke! For starters they will make you wait 1.5 hours for an oil change on a good day. Then when you get your car a Toronto squeegee man would have done a better job washing it! They damaged my car window and tried to get me to pay to get it checked. After THEY damaged it. My biggest issue is how when I've had my car for barely over a year and it's only at 30,000km driven the brakes are already garbage and they are quoting me almost 1000 for new brakes. This location especially is horrible with customer service. They take extremely long amounts of time and don't value their customers, but when it's time to pay up they rush you and don't explain anything!!! My advice is AVOID! Also the ratings here seem fake. Every visit I've ever made there I've overheard people complaining. More

In survery, I mentioned things I didnt like- Bad car wash, unspecified labout charges etc. Next morning girl from the Service Dept (don't know her name) called me back and discusssed the points I mentioned in the survey. She clarified that labour charges were not as much as I thought. They put labour cost for only one filter change and not two (which I checked was correct !!). Also that they were very busy on Wednesday and will wash the car better next time. She was very patient, polite and explained it well. Best part is that they care about customer feedback and readily act on it. More
