Sudir Luthra was extremely helpful in the purchase of my first car this past August. He immediately greeted us during our first visit to the Bramgate location, and presented as very knowledgeable, friendly first car this past August. During the process of deciding and negotiating, I was very pleased to find out that I qualified for the recent graduate rebate, and additionally I was able to take advantage of the VW year-end rebate - both were great surprises and influenced my decision. Upon deciding to officially finance the car, Sudir was very helpful in explaining and simplifying all of the paperwork information for me (as a first time car buyer), which was extremely helpful and eased some of my nerves about the process. I really appreciated the time he took to go over options, confirm what I was looking for, and make suggestions that suited my needs. During the paperwork process, Joanne Yulo was also very helpful and her enthusiasm made the whole process stress free! On the day I arrived to pick up my VW Jetta, Sudhir took the time to showcase all of the features of the car, go through the manuals with me, and answer any questions. When we noticed a small concern with the sunroof (bug net), he immediately checked to see if anyone could assist in adjusting it. Michael Carroll was a great help in assisting us that day and determining what part needed to be fixed and ordered in. I absolutely love my white 2013 Jetta, and was thrilled to find out how many amazing features came with the car. Overall, I was impressed by the incredible service of all of the staff at the Bramgate location and would definitely recommend them to anyone considering a Volkswagen vehicle - I may have even convinced my Dad to consider a VW!
